Analyse the quality improvement and
quality assurance
 Quality improvement: It is important to work on enhancing
the quality of education that is provided to the students.
 Quality assurance: There are certain standards that are
formulated by the organizations so it is necessary to follow
them. The course review and staff checks must be done so
that best results are grabbed.

The function of self-assessment and self-
evaluation
 Quality cycle is a continuous process and self assessment and evaluation
are important part. In self assessment there are formal and informal sessions that
review the performance.
 The feedback is also taken so that there is no biasness and better and actions of
improvement are taken.
 The teacher must evaluate themselves. This practice is necessary to carry on the
work effectively and grab opportunity to so that changes are bought effectively.

Evaluate a learning programme
 The training programme undertaken is related to taking
feedback from the students.
 By taking feedback from each student the overall
success review is taken. It makes the work of all the
teachers easy and they are able to know about
themselves.

Identify areas for improvement in the
learning programme
 By using SAR and IQA model, I am able to know about
my areas of weakness that I will improve. It is
necessary to follow all the standard of teaching.
 The areas of improvement that I have analysed are lack
of confidence level and ineffective communication.

Conclusion
 From the above report, it is concluded that there is key
role of maintaining quality of education. The evaluation
of quality assurance and quality assurance is done.
 The learning programme is undertaken to know about
the area of weakness with the help of tools and
techniques.
