 Professional skills are those skills which are important for every student or teachers to
achieve success in the future and accomplish desired goals
 Quality plays a vital role in the organization for both learners and leaders. It is important
for educator or teacher to know about the quality of learners and the work done by them.
 It is also essential to maintain learning process in human resource management in such a
way that they should include assessment, teaching and expect the same result in return by
students.. By understanding this, they must be able to improve their weaknesses.
 With respect to this own area that its HRM, it is also essential that all students learn the
concept on regular basis and prepare effective work that make a good sense to the learner.

 Quality improvement- It is the essential factor for learners and teacher both. In order to achieve success
and best results they must have improvisation
 The major purpose of this is to provide the best skills, knowledge and education to the learners.
 It is essential to handle all the good relations with learners and continuously focus on their performance.
 Quality assurance- This concept also plays a vital role in educational field, it is the concept of
evaluating and assuring quality standards.
 The teacher in organization must ensure about the quality of work which is required to fulfil learning
results for the learners
 In my own area of teaching that is human resource management, it is essential for me to concentrate on
the quality assurance and improvement of the students.

 Self assessment- Assessment plays a vital role in student's life because it can easily provide an opportunity to
understand what more improvement is needed.
 Self assessment provides students with a great opportunity to self evaluate and make important judgement about
their learning and training process.
 Self evaluation- This method is used by students to examine how much progress they have made while attending
class lectures
 With the help of self evaluation, the students will be able to monitor their own abilities and evaluate their
weaknesses and strengths.
 The quality cycle- It is an important improvement model which is basically used by students and teachers in the
educational field.
 It is also known as PDCA cycle because the teachers must follow the concept of Plan, do, check and act while
taking learning session.

 Team review plays a vital role in the workplace, so as a teacher in my own area, I will
make sure to focus on learner surveys and team review on regular basis.

Areas for improvement in the learning programme

help instructors improve their content and practices of teaching in the classroom.
 By having this, they can find out outcomes of course evaluation so that they can make
necessary changes in their teaching practices

collaboration can be achieved

 To conclude, it has been evaluated that the presentation provide detailed information about
importance of quality assurance, improvement and quality cycle.
 With the help of quality, teachers can maintain dignity and authority in the workplace
where students can easily work effectively.
 As a teacher of human resource management, I will go through assessment done by my
students and check the plagiarism and low similarity concept as a priority which is the
foremost concern for quality work.
