maintaining the quality of the offerings. There are number of methods as well as
techniques utilized by the organization for achieving as well as maintaining
required level of quality in different work processes including development of
various activities of the project, facilitating equipments as well as planting
various processes in order to maintain present facilities as well as equipments. I
have learned that the quality manual of the organization helps in outlining the
quality focus as well as objectives in the organization. In addition to this, the
quality manual also provides quality related guidance to different departments
and functions.
