arrangements
 Quality improvement: It is basically considered with the
teachers, as to provide an effective learning sections of
Business management it is required for teachers to improve
their self skills.
 Quality assurance: The quality assurance is used by
universities in order to evaluate either the quality of students
which is being provided by them is up to mark or not.

Function of self-assessment and self-
evaluation and the quality cycle
 The most important a crucial function of quality cycle is to keep
taking reviews and feedbacks from students in order to evaluate
either they are satisfied by the things which are being taught to
them.
 The function of self assessment is to check internal strength and
weaknesses present within students. By timely identification of
weaknesses students are able to take necessary steps to overcome
form them.

Evaluation of a learning programme for
quality maintenance
 As a teacher of business management certain types of learning
programmes where undertook in order to maintain the quality of study.
 The teachers where involved in taking timely and necessary feedbacks
form students through which they are able to understand the problems
faced by students.
 The group discussion is being conducted by teachers for students so
that they develop a team building quality which is essential to work
effectively for now and future.

Areas for improvement in the learning
programme
 Every individual must have knowledge about themselves. The strength
and weaknesses must be identifying so that right actions are taken.
 By evaluating my own performance, I am able to identify, there is need of
enhancing time management skills.
 I have carried SWOT analysis so that all the areas that I am strong at are
also known to me.

 It is important to take feedback from peers as it is necessary to know
about the changes that are required. The feedback helps to take
important to take such feedback as better performance is attained.
 The verifications must be done as it helps to attain the target of quality
assurance. The development of every teacher is necessary to provide
professional knowledge to the students and make them successful.
