considered into more basic and maintains their wellbeing while working in the workplace
(Karageorgos and et.al., 2017). when the employee doesn’t get proper siting arrangement and
refreshments keeps their mind disturb. Safety needs includes job security, workplace safety etc.
which is most important for the employees because when they feel themselves at workplace then
can give high performance and can give extra hours except working hours to complete task over
the time. Belongingness and love needencompasses friendship, open communication, team
leader support etc. are physiological needs which are important for employees because it
maintains their wellbeing with workplace and leads healthy working environment. Esteem needs
are respect, recognition, incentives etc. leads motivation in employees to give better quality in
their work which leads better outcomes within workplace.self-actualization is the last stage of
hierarchy needs which leads self-satisfaction in employee for their job and motivates them to
give high performance. this model leads high profitability within company by retaining prolong
time but leads competitive disadvantage (Vera and et.al., 2019).Quality care management can
implement the Maslow’s theory to motivate their team members to give high performance and
increase turnover of employees.

It is quality improvement procedure which is used in care setting so that gets high quality
care services at workplace through care takers. It is management software type tool which

service users through six stages which are explained below:

funds to NHS so that they can apply effective strategies for offers high quality social and health
care services (Mawere and et.al., 2016).
Evaluation: The strategies, systems and structure used in healthcare practises to promote rights,
duties and diversity factors among all service users at England are highly advanced, While
researching about the various parameters in this report i evaluated various scenarios of
development, growth in working efficiency in all health department officials be it doctors nurses
or medical staff members. They are highly skilled and advanced to deliver strong medical
facilities to all patients and service users at hospitals, and are trained with new technology usage
standards which enable them to function highly innovatively.
Action plan: I gained various insights on the working scenario of healthcare practises and social
working standards among various departments at hospitals, which helped me in developing my
medical knowledge too. Further these skills and diversity factors among service users can be
developed by training nurses, motivating people to safeguard hygienic patterns and more
importantly build internal strength of curing all age group patients. Action plan is formulated on
various future growth parameters which can be constructed with high development towards
gaining advanced technology standards, new machinery which will facilitate all service users to
get their treatments effectively. There are various skills and potentialities which needs to be
developed within the internal staff at hospitals to deal with aged population , leverage promotion
among all people which will enable long legacy nd goodwill establishment (Tawanwongsri, and
Phenwan, 2019).
