It is very important to provide healthy environment to the society. It ensures that people
living are strong enough to face any kind of hazard. Healthy people and environment will lead to
growth and development of country. This can be done by maintaining the quality of service that
is provided to them. Stake holders plays an important role in determining the quality of service.
This report aims to deliver the role of stake holder and external agencies in this sector. It shows
the impact of poor services on the people. In addition to this the standards that are set for
measuring quality and various approaches for implementing them is shown. Further, the
effectiveness of policies and procedures and how it influences the quality in social care is shown.
At last it is shown the various ways to improve it and evaluation methods and the impact of
involving user for evaluating the quality of service.

Involving users in service quality is very essential as it impacts the services that are given. These
users decide the quality of services and have positive or negative impact on them (Glasby, 2017).
It is important to involve them in services as they provide suggestions on improving the quality
of services. With the help of users the feedback is taken that shows whether they were satisfied
or not. It shows that if there are any improvements in health care of users or not. Their positive
impact will bring growth and development in the service quality. The involvement of users helps
in identifying their needs and on that basis services are developed. Also, rules and regulations are
prepared to sustain the quality of the service.
