INTRODUCTION
• This presentation is going to showcase the importance of quality
improvement and assurance in the own university. There will be
discussion about how organisation can improve their teaching
standards and assure its maintenance. So that, in business and
management all the teaching practice and programmes will be
run with effective management and focus on further
improvements.

ANALYSE THE QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
• Quality improvements: Mistakes and defaults can be found
in any process of product or service.
• Quality assurance: As per this, when university will
formulate the plans and take improvements, it is necessary for
to keep regular check on the improvised performance.

THE FUNCTION OF SELF-ASSESSMENT
AND SELF-EVALUATION
• The function of self assessment is to check own capability and performance at the time of
teaching. It will helps in finding own mistakes and minimise it for better practice.
• Self evaluation is all bout finding the positive and negative interfaces form own practices. In can
evaluate that, I have good knowledge of business and management models thorough which I am able
to teach my students. But I somewhere lack in communication skills which creates
misunderstandings.
• Quality cycle includes taking control in the performance of student by reviewing, feedbacks and
personal sessions.

EVALUATE A LEARNING
PROGRAMME
•A learning programme must be deliver effectively by
maintaining proper quality, measures. In own university
and the field of business and management, the learning
programmes is evaluated through team grouping,
performance check, formal and informal ways of
interactive sessions and meetings. It will helps in
maintaining the quality of teaching by identifying learners
needs and expectations.

IDENTIFY AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT
IN THE LEARNING PROGRAMME
•In the learning programmes, there are many areas for
improvement while preparing learning programmes for the
student. I need to take ideas with the other staff before
conducting programmes in the university. It will helps in
identifying most suitable method for key development
opportunities. Therefore, I need to improve my time
management and communication skills.

•The presentation has concluded that, quality improvement
and assurance is necessary to provide better services. It will
helps in maintaining reputation of organisation and helps in
development effective learning programme.
