With the use of personal experience relevant to the programs of quality management that
had already been discussed previously the tactics of quality program that had been involved
include innovation in products, use of technology and tools and providing necessary training to
the employees.
What was done?
Bringing about innovation within the products had helped in developing new products
that had been more aligned towards the customers’ expectations when compared to the products
that had been manufactured previously. The company had to invest an ample amount of revenue
in the process of implementing various technologies and machinery. The training of employees
had also consumed a certain amount of revenue (Pietrzak & Paliszkiewicz, 2015). These
strategies had been very expensive for the organization hence it could be stated that most of the
strategies of quality improvement need immense investment that could not be afforded by small
sized organizations. The organisation had introduced various programs that had been utilized for
providing training to the employees. Before the training the employees had been asked regarding
the changes that would be brought about within the organization. It had been recorded that the
employees had no idea about the expectations that organization have from them, they were also
not informed regarding the changes in infrastructure of the organization.
TQM approaches
Some more TQM approaches that might have been beneficial at the programs of quality
improvement include reduction of errors which take place at the time of manufacturing as well as
presentation of a certain product or a service. One more approach include rendering efficiency
among numerous components that are required for the purpose of producing products or services
