study, the quality management for various IT project management areas is analyzed.
• In this presentation, various available software is listed and demonstrated.
• Then the selected software have been evaluated and discussed.
• Further, the set criteria for determining the software are discussed.
• After that, an evaluation matrix has been set up with justifying the weighting
criteria for all the software.
• Finally, the outcomes are analyzed with a discussion on issues and pitfalls.
