the United Kingdom. The organization is involved into different major projects which
requires different type of strategies related to project and quality management. The
construction field in United Kingdom faced multiple challenges while accepting the different
methods that can help in enlightening the manufacturing concept and the performance of the
organization. Quality management is a way that benefits in bringing improvement within the
organization (Goetsch and Davis 2014). However, there are different research related with the
quality management that states the different methods which the construction organization of
the UK practices to improve the class of the service provided by the organization. The
organization quality management team comprises of different elements. The different
elements are the quality planning, quality control, assurance of the quality and the
development of the quality. The main focus of the organization is not only related with
providing quality service but to achieve the focus of the organization. The quality

the organization are involved in fulfilling the aim to achieve maximum benefit for the
organization. The organization adapts a systematical approach for achieving the efficiency in

improvement made by the organization need to follow a continuous process when it comes to

inputs and achieving the pre-defined objectives. There are different ways that will support in
