Quality management of Woolworths Australia has been the main focus of this project.
Quality management of the products that are concerned in this case includes fitness of usage of
the products assessment. Conformance of the requirement of the product is also considered fir
performing assessment of the product sustainability as per the requirement of the project is also
considered for checking the quality of the product. Cost management along with the quality of
service provided by the product will be considered as per the conditions that have been
concerned during the manufacturing process. The main assessment that is required for
performing quality culture. Overall integrity has been the improvement that is considered as the
first level quality culture. This section also includes the fact that proper assessment of
Woolworths is also made. The second fact that is included in the section is that improvement of
the product as per the systems and processing regarding the products will be performed in a
manner that products and services that will be considered as needful and are required by the
client. Changing the attitude of Woolworths will also be beneficial in this case. This change in
the mindset of Woolworths, the main aspect that is considered is that the Woolworths need to
understand the changes that are included in the product fir bettering the same. This
understanding of the changes that are brought in will be enhancing the functioning of the
product. In case the issue is well understood the products that will be launched in. Hence
requirement for being flexible is needed. In case the flexibility is maintained by Woolworths, the
quality of the product will be increasing. Again it is considered as a main reason that functioning
of the project will be performed in a manner that acceptance to change can be performed.
Resistance to innovation needs to be eliminated. Performing total quality management will be
performed and hence wise this prospect will be acting beneficial for performing activities. This is

the main reason that system approach will be performed as per extending of the organization as
per the planning of the project will be performed in a manner.

Woolworths have created their own range of products. This is the main aspect that
includes proper assessment of each and every product by National Association of Testing
Authorities. This is performed in a manner that the certification is performed to the products that

pass the test and quality assessment. After the assessment is performed the products that are
tested are stored. This is the main aspect that is considered important for proper processing of the
product assessment. Again it can be stated that Woolworths Australia has a highly flexible
manufacturing and Quality assessment team is needed to be performed. The main aspect that is
considered that National Association of Testing Authority is considered. This has been the major
aspect that has been benefitting the quality assessment of Woolworths (Sarkar et al, 2018). In
case Woolworths was not flexible it would have been difficult for accepting the quality issues
that are present in the process and hence wise the main aspect that will be considered is that
flexibility in the quality management section has been performed. This is the main reason that
performing the method of quality assurance is performed. Exceeding the customer expectation
has been the main aspect that is considered for performing the assessment of the quality
assistance.

What?
As per the sectioning of products, quality of the products that are manufactured and sold
by Woolworths have been the major aspiration. Taking into consideration the fact that
management of the product quality assessment is to be performed. Hence proper flexibility of the
quality management can be made.
How
Quality assessment is performed in a manner that checking the quality of the products
with the help of the performing the management of the sectioning of product assessment. With
the help of NATA, test results are collected. After collecting the test results from NATA, the

entire process will be received after the testing process will be acknowledged. After
acknowledging the data the main aspect that is considered is that changes are to be made will be
made as per the results provided by NATA (Pirnay et al, 2015). Withstanding the results that are
received changes are made as per the required system. This required system will be enhancing
the fact that better quality of the product can be assessed.
Why
The main reason of performing of this test is that the quality assessment is made. This
assessment of the quality will be made. This is the main reason that the quality of the product
will be enhancing the client demands. As per understanding the client demands, the main aspect
that will be benefitting the system is that proper quality assessment can be performed. With the
help of the quality betterment better client acceptance of the products is made.
CATWOE
C: Customers: Customers of Woolworths have been getting highly benefitted due to the fact that
proper quality assessment is performed. Hence wise the products that are provided to the clients.
The quality of the products are up to the mark and this is the main reason that the client retention
will be easier for Woolworths (Longsomboon, Khan & Hare 2017).
A: Actors: Actors of this section ensures the fact that NATA has been performing the quality
assessment. This is the main reason that proper management of the quality assessment will be
performing better assessment of the audience retention process (Dale & Plunkett 2017). Quality
assessment will be the main aspect that will be retaining the clients of the organization

T: Transformation process: As per the process that is followed in this case, is that NATA
examines the quality of the product and hence wise proper products reaches the clients. This is
the reason that there is no need of bringing in any change in the business processing system of
Woolworths.
W: As per the holistic approach is concerned the main aspect that is considered in the case of
Woolworths is that the demands of NATA is met and hence the quality is maintained in a proper
process, leading to the fact that better management of World View is maintained and the stature
of the products along with the brand value remains high (Stark 2015).
O: Owner: It is absolutely fine and beneficial for the owner of Woolworths as the products of
Woolworths is highly tested and the result that is generated helps in better assessment of the
products and the quality of the product will ensure that products are passing the standard quality
test and there is no issue in the quality of the products that are being provided by them (Ross
2017).
E: Environmental needs that are concerned in case of Woolworths is that due to excess effluents
of pollution, the assessment of the product can be made. As the organization is highly based on
performing the managing of the goods and selling of the same, electricity spent is very high.
Recommendation to overcome the problem and changes required
The recommendations that can be stated in this case are as follows: -
 Despite performing NATA testing for the quality assessment Woolworths need to set up
a new testing process for themselves

 Result of the test is also needed to be provided so that the clients get to know the test
result which will be increasing the goodwill of the organization.
