1. Part 1: Introduction
The purpose of this paper is to construct a house which follows the quality and planning
standards to develop a high quality project which helps in satisfying the need of the
customers. In this paper we are looking forward to provide a dream house to the stakeholders
because it is the dream of every citizen to live in his dream house (Shahid, 2014). The
development of the quality, analysis, and planning standards helps in achieving projects
which is capable of meeting requirement of the customers to its full extent. The quality
standards should be followed in the development of the construction drawings to give the best
outcome of the development process (Chang, 2014). The details of the designing of
constructing the house should follow the ethical standards and policies to meet the
construction objectives. The purpose of utilizing the quality, planning, and analysis tools in
the development of the construction drawing and design is to reduce the cost associated with
every construction processes, repairing of the required processes, improve the reputation of
the construction company, helps in reducing the cost required for maintaining the project,
overcoming the defects of construction operations, elimination of additional cost associated
with the accidents and other causality by managing the project within the quality standards
and policies. The health and safety management policies should be undertaken to resolve the
issues associated with the working environment of the enterprise which helps in raising the
construction services provided to the development of the dream house. The methodologies
which are used for collecting information and requirement of the customers are surveys,
questionnaire, interviews, observation, focus group, and management of the feedback of the
customers. The critical quality characteristics are used for analysing the dissatisfaction of the
customers. The risks associated with the development of the house can be minimized to a
high extent by decreasing the complexity of the project and delivering the project within
approved cost and time (Ronald, 2007). The communication platform should be deployed
with the client, stakeholders, customers, and contractors to set the quality standards and
requirement specification plan to reduce the risks associated with the end product of the
development process. It is the systematic approach for reducing the risks, overcoming the
barriers in the construction process, open platform for sharing of new ideas, thoughts,
opinion, and vision of the participating units, helps in maintaining relationship with the
clients and contractors, and many others. It has been seen that the quality and planning
standards helps in managing the barriers associated with the environment and the inclusion of

new trends and policies. The efficiency of the working team can be improved by resolving
the chaotic environment created at the work place (Parson, 2013). The deployment of quality,
analysis, and planning tools helps in carrying out the operation of cost estimating chart,
budget preparation, review of construction design, concerns associated with managing quality
of the under construction house, and customer perspective view for the deployment of
construction plan with ease (Luca, 2014). The aim of this paper is to translate customers need
into the construction design for fulfilling and managing consumer requirement to their full
extent

employees for even distribution of activities between them. The roles and responsibilities are
provided according to the skills and expertise of the working employees to get good quality

analysis of the performance of the working employees. The team members should be
provided with authorisation and authentication which is required for their post in completing
the activities. The stakeholder are looking forward to get high quality designing equipment
for completing the designing activities associated with the construction of the house. The
