planning, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement. The report is based upon
the case study of Quality Tooling Company which explains that the Quality is the big difficult
which is faced by the company in the current scenario to attract the customer toward the
organization. Organization has used the different technique but it has not proved that well for the
organization in improving the Quality of the product in the organization. This report highlights
the Quality improvement strategy which can be taken used by the company in improving the
Quality in the organization (Aquilani and et.al., 2017). This report highlights the need or the
requirement which need to be understand by the different stakeholder before adopting any of the
strategy in the organization. Further this report highlights the strategy in the brief with the step
by step explanation and also with the help of the procedure through which the company can
implement the new technique in the organization. In the end report recommend the different
points which need to be looked by the organization in implementing the strategy in the

After going through above report it has been summarized that the implementing strategy is not
the primary think the organization has to make sure that the various factors is considered while
implementing quality improvement strategy in whole organization. It has been also summarized
been chosen on the basis of the current situation of the business.
Company also has to look at the cost of the product manufactured in the organization as
one of the big issue which is generally faced by the company at the time of adopting the
new strategy is that the cost of the company used to rise in sack of improving the quality
in the organization (Jiménez-Jiménez and et.al., 2015).
Organization need to make sure that in the sack of improving the quality of the product in
the organization, organization does not impact the need of the customer. Need of the
customer and the Quality both need to be interrelated in the organization product.
The Organization also have to make sure that the proper training is given to the employee
in the organization regarding the new way of the production as it will help the employee
in understanding what they have to be done at the time of the new technique is adopted
by the company. This will also help the company in increasing the efficiency of the
worker in the organization as all the Human resource of the organization will be having
the new skills.
The organization also has to make sure that the technique which has been adopted by the
company has been adopted with all the precautions and the steps so that it is implemented
in such a way that the organization get the result very easily.
The organization also has to evaluate the function or the procedure of the company on the
regular basis so that the organization has a proper idea about at what direction the
procedure of the company is going at. If the direction is not correct than company can
change the same.
Organization also has to make sure that the organization measure the performance of the
new strategy on the regular basis so that the organization is able to find out the changes
which has been brought by the new strategy. It can be measured by comparing the
