have conduct the survey over randomly selected 50 professionals n the organisation. Thereafter,
the collected details will be analysed by the research and the end result will be communicated to
the top-level managers (Alvesson and Sköldberg, 2017). Thus, the analysed data will be helpful
in determining the actual reason behind the problems, which in turn helps in designing the
adequate operational criteria of the business. Moreover, with the help if such designed structure
or solution the entity will have positive increment in the efficiency and profitability.
Research limitations
The researcher in the project has aimed at collecting all the information and details as
much as they can. They have made their numerous efforts which will be helpful in attaining the
appropriate answers to each research problem. However, there are several limitations which was
not helpful in terms of attaining the adequate surveys and fetch all the relevant data. The research
time was very limited which results in not a fruitful analysis were made and proposed to the
professionals (Humphries, 2017). However, there will be more conduction of more observation
over the professionals of the organisation but due to limited sources and time it was not possible.
The availability of funds was not adequate for organising the quality search.
Ethical consideration

The efforts made by researchers in order to obtain the most adequate reason and bring the
healthy solution to organisation. Therefore, it is quite necessary that all the details or analysed
must be referred to its authentic sources (Bellini, 2017). Thus, it can be said that the research was
made and designed in order to highlight all the issues as well as with consideration of all the laws

planned to conduct the survey on such people. The main motive behind organising the research is
to analyse the what are the issues which are currently faced by the professionals in relation with
digital transformation of various organisations (Vassileva, Campillo and Schwede, 2017). The
effectiveness of such ICT techniques in enhancing the operational efficiency of the firm.
However, there will be use of two techniques in determining the issues and analysing the
collected data such as:
Primary data collection:
This is the technique which will be helpful in gaining the accurate reasons behind the
questions and issues of the research. Here, the researcher applied this technique to fetch all the
relevant information about the information and communication obstacles in the Quantum
Technology Marketing. In accordance with this technique there are several methods such as
preparing questionnaires, taking interviews, direct intercalation with the people as well as
discussion over the focus group. In order to perform the primary research method the researches
has prepared the set of various questions which were being asked to the 50 employees at QTM.
Therefore, they are making the adequate increment in the profitability as well as analysing this
issues (Kaleem, Jain and Husain, 2017). These employees were randomly selected on the basis

of simple random sampling techniques. Therefore, there are preparation of the questionnaires
which consisted of all the open-end questions as well as various question which has multiple
objectives. However, it can be said that there are various operations which are meant to be met
by the professionals in order to fetch the adequate solutions.
Questionnaires: To analyse and determine the individual behaviour on the formal basis
there has been preparation of the set of questions which will be helpful in exploring and issue to
have the adequate solutions over it. To analyse several issues in the operations of QTM there will
be questions relevant with the technical issues faced by the professionals in the organisation
(Ramesh and Dibaba, 2017). Therefore, on the basis of such data the research will make most
accurate and satisfactory recommendation for the industry which helps in eventuating the
operations of the business. Moreover, there are 50 workers which were being selected by the
professionals in analysing the issues and making the accurate suggestions to resolve these issues.
