Quasar Communications Inc. is one of the largest communication company in the world.
Currently there are 340 people working in the company. The age of the company is thirty years.
The organization has prominent structure of management hierarchy and the technology used in
the organization. The main objective of this paper is to evaluate the problems those are
happening in the proper management of the operations in the organization. In order to resolve the
problem the vice president of the organization has proposed a plan for taking more active actions
for the improvement of the overall action plan. The discussion will include the change in the
request and change in the project management process for the each stage of the project life
cycle.

Quasar communication is a 30 year old company which provides telecommunication
services to the users. It is one of the largest company in the telecommunication industry. The
organization has faced various changes in the managing of the organization since 1996. In 1999
the company has owned project management group which was headed by the vice president of
the company. In order to resolve the problems happening in the company at present situation of
the meeting between the vice president and the project manager has been conducted. Some of the
problems has been discovered through the meeting session. On the basis of the identified
problems the mitigation plan for the improvement of the overall situation has been proposed in

In order to do this the project manager has to work with the quality assurance team, finance team

proper way. This makes the marketing team to take decision about the cancellation of the project
without project manager’s concern. In this context the proper communication plan is needed to
be implemented in the organization so that the acknowledgement can be done from all the teams
associated with the development of the project. Apart from that the priority of the projects are
also affecting the users. It has been seen that the clients in the project with lower priority is
suffering as the project manager is busy working on the projects with lower priority. In this case,
it is difficult for the project manager to manager more than two projects in a simultaneous
manner. In this situation, the number of the project managers can be increased. Apart from that
