INTRODUCTION
Database interrogation is a process that collect the information and data in the form of
database system. It is a method for delete, modify and retrieve the data of Queens Marry
hospital. This report will discuss about the Queen Marry Doctors Surgery that provide the best
quality of services to their patient. A website can be designed to provide the comprehensive,
professional and personal service provided to patient and it easier for directly check the
appointment to their website. This assignment will describe the different role of information
system strategy in the organization and also integration with the overall corporate strategy.
Furthermore, it analyses the apply the different design to create dynamic web pages in effective
ways. At last task, it will create and design database of Queens Marry Doctor's surgery to collect
the information of patients and doctors etc. this report will design and implementation of
relational database system and also converting into the entity relationship diagrams.

Information system is an important part of organization to manage the data in the form of
database system. Any small or big companies used the strategy to collect the information from
different places. It can process, store and share data from one place to another. Modern
technology is beneficial for organization to increase the efficiency and speed of enterprises

important role in the organization for processing the data and take right decision. This process
will impact on the overall performance, revenue in the organization. Information system is
usually set of component that work together to manage the entire data processing system and
storage. This is playing important to support to the managing and controlling the organization.
Information system can be included the different combination of hardware, software and
telecommunication network to provide the best facilities to gain the better understanding or
target to the audience in marketplace (Andersen and et.al., 2015). Modern information system

many more. There are some important patterns I always used in the website so that more patient
and visitors attracts towards:

centre, In the website, it contains lot of information related the clinic centre.

contrast between the website (Marx-Rubiner and et.al., 2017).
ď‚· The size of text is resizeable and it will replace to the other actual text. It also avoids the
possible results.
ď‚· User can be pause, adjust and stop the volumes according to the requirement and that
placed in the website. This video is provided the information of hospital and various
specialist doctor etc.
ď‚· The back ground music is low and can turned off, It also avoids the distraction and
interferences.
User interface and navigation-
I can develop an effective website of hospital system to provide the easy navigation for the
visitors. Many people do not use the mouse and keyboard to interact with the web tools. It is
necessary for user to access the operations and functionality such as input, output, form controls
and components etc.
