INTRODUCTION
This report is mainly focused on the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community of
Saibai Island. It will be identified the specific need and requirement of community, recognize
their people living in Saibai Land. In particular, this community was situated in Mainland near
Kauamag Island, facing a lot of issue regarding the flood, infectious diseases. This report will
discuss about the Queensland Government agency and initiative towards specific need or
requirement of community.

Overview of organization
Queensland government agency is based on the democratic authority which providing the
better facilities and services for Aboriginal community in Australia. Basically, this company was
formed in 1859 and set up as government structure, establishing a better relationship with other
state, Australian government.
Hierarchy of information
This organization refer to executive branch only and entire government structure of
Queensland including judicial,- legislative and other type of federal representation (Davis, 2018).
It is the best part of agency to identify the effective policy, regulation which provide the better
facilities of aboriginal community in term of healthcare services, educations and employment. In

styles.
 Flooding issue is the most common so that require to create dynamic infrastructure where
they can protect themselves.

In 2016, the population of aboriginal people around 465, 45% of female and 55% of
male. It can be identified that there are total 93 families are under this community and average
rate of children is 3. Every years, it has been increased the population of Aboriginal individual’s
so that requires large number of area or land where they can placed (Maher, Ward & Brookes,
2019).

communities. On regular basis, it has been organised an event or program that influence for large
