INTRODUCTION
This report is mainly focused on the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community of
Saibai Island. It will be identified the specific need and requirement of community, recognize
their people living in Saibai Land. In particular, this community was situated in Mainland near
Kauamag Island, facing a lot of issue regarding the flood, infectious diseases. This report will
discuss about the Queensland Government agency and initiative towards specific need or
requirement of community.

rate of children is 3. Every years, it has been increased the population of Aboriginal individual’s

2019).
