and the clinical pathways on the patient records especially in cardiology and in

• The heath information technology system is an expansive system but it can be
smoothly implemented if the above mentioned project plan is followed and the
steps are taken into account. Analyzing the needs of the project it would be good
to use the waterfall project model as this will contain costs and to disallow any
type of scope creep to set into the project to delay the implementation schedule.
