Background of the Organization

Problem Statement
• The information health records need to be available to different clinical pathways
and the staff have to be educated in the health information technology that will
be implemented in order to ensure that records are readily available for the staff
and the clinical pathways on the patient records especially in cardiology and in
respiratory sections of the hospital.
