The following report is all about making a comparison between Queensland children
hospital and Perth children hospital. Queensland children hospital which is formerly known as
Lady Cilento Children Hospital that has brought various specialist on the same platform for the
given services in three of children leading facilities. This particular hospital comes up with
around hotel design that has around 359 beds and 12 clinical levels, which has more than 80,000
space of floor (Kerzner & Kerzner, 2017). The new hospital is known to be hub of state of
paediatric network and is known to be leading specialist for healthcare services in whole of
Queensland. Apart from this, it can work as a central hub for the whole of state wide network
which is used in children based healthcare services. Perth children hospital is situated in
Nedlands, which is known to be part of design partnership between Urban designer and JCY,
Cox architecture (Meredith, Mantel Jr & Shafer, 2017). The complete design is done concerning
the respective of children that is new Perth children hospital that helps in replacing the current
Princess Margaret hospital. It mainly aims to provide the best the kind of solution for the
upcoming generation and serve as the base needed for outstanding research. The hospital is
mainly inclusive of increase in the outpatient along with day to day services (Schwalbe, 2015). It
is merely inclusive of operation theatre and intensive bed care.
In the coming pages of the report, an idea is provided concerning various kind of
differences between two project that is Queensland children hospital and Perth children hospital.
After that, a proper reflection has been provided concerning breadth and depth of two projects

There has been increase in overall importance of development and intervention of
evaluation of complex intervention. The mere argument is all about drawing the attention of the

around 1.2 billion dollars that aim to supersedes for the old Princess Margaret hospital, which is

patient and 12 operation theatres. The hospital has been designed in such a way that it can easily
provide latest facilities in the domain of medical services (Heagney,2016). Two institutes that is
telethon and university of Western Australia are completely designed as per the need of new kind

In the year 2006, government of election come of plan of building Lady Cilento children
hospital. Healthcare service in this hospital is all about improving the health services and overall
performance of system performance. It is mainly needed to meeting the health and needs of
population (Turner, 2016). It mainly comprises of health services along with delivery
management along with the changing the pattern. It is all about making use of most suitable
available resources. Effective planning is known to be an important aspect of the project, which
ultimately helps in making investment in the public fund to deliver value and having overall

In both the projects, there is a need for engagement of various stakeholders. In the both
projects, the project manager comes up with workshop which will help in research in overall
development of intervention. It comes up with much wider number of stakeholders that is
inclusive of director for funding (Binder, 2016). It is very much important to understand both
breadth and depth of project right before just about project management methodology is used.
Prince2 methodology is completely underpinned mainly by seven principles, themes and
processes. Project outcomes are completely checked by analysing the benefits along with money
that is spent. It comes up with huge number of benefits, which is mainly against the cost (Lock,

Limitation of Software: At present, there is no kind of single limitation of software that

purchase of new kind of software which is needed by packages (Joslin & Müller, 2015). It is
mainly needed for achieving all the functionalities which require management and tracking.
Limitation of Hardware: A part of the project team need to update system hardware so
that they can access the model (Hornstein, 2015). The overall capacity of the server is all about
