1. Justification for the questionnaire method of survey administration.
In the present report, the questionnaire (Sampling) method is used for the survey administration.
The questionnaire (Sampling) method is the instrument that consists of a set of questions to
gather accurate and relevant information from the respondents. The main reason for using this
method is that with the help of the questionnaire(Sampling) method, the data can be collected
easily and quickly because the researcher would not need to present there when the questionnaire
(Sampling)s are completed. This method is very useful when the investigator wants the reviews
from the huge number of population and the interviews are not possible at that time. In the
questionnaire (Sampling) method the set of questions is designed in such a way that accurate
information can be collected about the attitudes, preferences and factual information of
respondents. This method is also by the investigator because this method mainly focuses on the
sampling of a smaller population statistically representative of the wider population in the
questions (Atefi and et.al., 2015) . From this method, the investigator can collect information from
the large population in a very short period. The questionnaire (Sampling) is created just to get the
reviews and feedback of the peoples on the specific topic of the research.
2. The advantages and disadvantages of the survey administration method used.
When the investigator has to collect lots of information in a very short period, then the
researcher prefers to use the questionnaire (Sampling) method. The questionnaire (Sampling) is
the survey administration method which is used in this research to get reviews of the individuals
on the specific topic of the research. This method includes the sets of questions in open and
closed-ended formats. This takes time while designing the list of questions to collect accurate
information. The questionnaire (Sampling) method is having very low-cost and this is a very
effective way to gather information about the specific topic of the research. There are some
advantages of the questionnaire (Sampling) method, these are outlined as below –
Questionnaire (Sampling) is inexpensive – As this has been observed that the
questionnaire (Sampling) method is one of the affordable ways to gather relevant
information. As the researcher does not have to hire the surveyors to conduct the
face-to-face interviews when the questions are self-administered by the researcher
only. The questions can be placed on the websites or can also be mailed to the
clients to just get their reviews. Thus, this method has a very low cost or no cost.
Questionnaire (Sampling) offers a quick way to get the results – This method of
survey administration gets the results very quickly. This method uses mobile and
online tools. From this, the researcher can get the results in the present 24 hours
or less than that. The results of the questionnaire (Sampling)s can usually be
quickly and easily be quantified by either an investigator or through the use of the
software packages.

Scalability – This method of survey administration can help the researcher to gather information
from a huge number of audiences. With the help of online websites, the investigator can be able
to send the data to anyone and anywhere in the world and can be able to get their reviews on the
subject. In Online, the researcher has to send the link to their survey page and the researcher not
need to do this manually but can be done this by an automated email in the customer onboarding
(Brace, 2018) . This also saves the cost and by this, the investigator can be able to target a country
or a city.
Disadvantages of the Questionnaire (Sampling)
Along with the advantages, there are disadvantages too. So there are some
disadvantages of the questionnaire (Sampling) method, which is mentioned below –
Dishonest answers – This has been observed that when there are many
positives to the questionnaire (Sampling)s, the dishonesty can be an issue. The
respondents are not always 100% truthful to their answers. Thus this issue
arises when the privacy matters for the respondents, in that case, the
investigator is not able to get honest reviews on that particular topic of the
research.
Unanswered Questions – Sometimes, this may happen that some questions
are not answered by the respondents and left or ignored those questions. Thus,
in that case, the online questionnaire (Sampling) can help the researcher in
which they can mark that the required questions are mandatory to answer
(Patten, 2016. ). If this doesn’t work then the investigator can also make their
survey short or can also make their questions complicated and can avoid the
skipping of the questions.
3. Was the organization process a success and did respondents understand the questions
asked by the investigator? Was there any data that was missing data? How long it takes
for respondents to complete the survey?
Yes, the questionnaire (Sampling) method of survey administration was a success and about
90% of the respondents understand the questions asked by the investigator. Along with this,
some respondents were those who were skipping the questions or left or ignoring them just to not
answer those questions. Approximately, it had taken approx 10 to 15 days to get the reviews
from the respondents and to complete this survey as this was an important topic and it was
necessary to gather accurate information on the specific topic.
4. Reflections on the survey administration process and the key lessons learned from the
survey.
While conducting this survey through a questionnaire (Sampling), the investigator gains
lots of experiences and gain huge knowledge. Firstly, the researcher designed the set of

4. Reflections on the survey administration process and the key lessons learned from the
survey.
While conducting this survey through a questionnaire (Sampling), the investigator gains
lots of experiences and gain huge knowledge. Firstly, the researcher designed the set of

questions on the specific topic of the research. Then, I find the survey provider, after that the
list of questions were asked to the respondents. During the survey, I faced many issues as my
communication skills were not good and by that, the respondents were not able to answer my
questions. Along with this, some respondents were ignoring me and not answering me with
my questions. Some of the respondents were also not giving the proper response to me by
which I get de-motivated. Also, the set of questions design by the researcher was also not
proper and not related to the specific topic of the research. Along with this, the investigator
has learned how to design the list of questions and how to target your audience just to gather
accurate information from the respondents. Thus, this survey has also given me the
knowledge of how to conduct a survey and how the questions must be asked to the
respondents. This knowledge will be going to help me in the future to conduct any survey in
the upcoming.
5. Suggestions for improving the process of survey administration?
As the questionnaire (Sampling) method is used in the research for conducting the
survey, some recommendations are provided to improve the administration procedure. So,
this is to recommend that the investigator must keep the questions simple and avoid the use
of jargon so that each of the respondents can be able to answer each asked questions of the
researcher. Along with this, while preparing the set of questions, the researcher must
remember to relate the questions to the specific topic of the research, so that the respondents
must know that for what they are answering these questions. Besides this, the researcher must
use to design the closed-ended questions because these questions provide the choices to the
respondents by which they can easily be able to answer the questions. The open-ended
questions allow the respondents to answer the questions in their language. Also, this is to
suggest to the investigator that, they must use the rating scale style for the answers of the
questions because this is the best way to measure and compare the sets of variables. At, last
this is to recommend to the investigator that they must ask the question twice from the
respondents because this will give the investigator to find the better and true opinion of the
respondent on the given topic.
6. Discuss some of the changes which are required to the questionnaire (Sampling) before
administrating it to a larger group of responders?
The changes which are to be made in this questionnaire (Sampling) method is that the
investigator has not given the name of the respondents. Thus, the name of the respondent must be
added at each feedback. Along with this, from which department and from which place the respondent
belongs to is also not mentioned in the feedback. So this is also a change that the investigator must add
while conducting any survey in the future. Besides this, the researcher has used multiple choice
questions to get reviews of the respondents on a specific topic (Drews and van den Bergh, 2016). So,
instead of that, the investigator must prefer the rating scale style to get the feedback, because that will
be best to measure the set of variables.
