The presentation gives a brief overview regarding the complete business plan for a startup
entrepreneurship in Australia pertaining to selling snacks through vending machines and
operating s a twenty four seven snacking corner for the pedestrians.
The First slide gives a brief over view regarding the true nature and scope of this business in the
market structure present in Australia. . A vending machine business is considered as a retail
business operation which does not demand a face to face interaction and can also operate twenty
four into seven (Blust & Driscoll, 2017). The most attractive aspect of this business is that
operating a vending machine business would not demand any kind of expertise or specialization
on this ground.
The Second slide intends to explain:
 Project Problem and Opportunity: the project problem that this business aims to
answer is providing pocket friendly and variety of snacks within a minute or two and that
too make it available all day and night to the customers to beat the snack stores be it in
the pricing strategy or in available variety. Thus this opportunity involves a much lesser
investment and much high profit margins.
 Target audience requirement- Easy availability of snacks, at pocket friendly cost
 Objectives- smart business solution, easy availability of product and improving lifestyle
of customers.

“Quick bites” realizes and agrees on the notion that any business to survive and earn
profits must substantially give back and serve for the greater good of the society. Therefore it
emphasizes on developing healthy snacking habits as well as assisting the less fortunate for
