The aim of this business plan is to discuss about my proposed business Quiscia Speaks
LLC. It is a retail and service industry and would be owned through proprietorship. The mission
of the company would be to provide services to the disabled people and sell attractive

well as adults with disability,. This is the service aspect of the business. On the other hand, the
retail aspect of the business is concerned with providing selling products at an affordable price to
the customers through an online store. Keeping the business within the domain of proprietorship
ownership would provide advantages and facilities for maximum profits and perfect control
Products
Quiscia Speaks LLC plans to sell an eclectic range of products at an affordable pricing.
The quality check of each of the products will be ensured in order to ensure customer satisfaction
(Blank, 2013). This will enable the customers who are unable to be physically present to
purchase the products at their desires.
Service description
The objective is to provide the customers with high-quality specialized and personalized
service to the people with disability. This service includes recognizing the unique and distinctive
problems of people with different kinds of disability and generates services based on their

requirements. We will provide automated wheel chair and provide assistance in the form of
accompanying the disable people to their workplace or other institutions.
Market analysis summary
The primary target would be women and men who are residing in the Detroit. The
secondary target group is expected to be teenagers who would be drawn towards the products
wowing to their aesthetic appeal. The last target group will be the disable people as we are
planning to include merchandise like showpieces, photo frames and motivational wall frames
especially designed for them. The potential customer will be the millenials or the baby boomer
generation. Our aim would be understand the trend in the market and adopt strategies that
promote market growth of the business.
Strategy and implementation summary
The competitive edge of my brand will be that it will provide products and services along
with unique pricing strategies to the customers through a mix of price options of the different
products. The products and services will be promoted through advertising and word-of-mouth
publicity in the regions where the target customers reside. The aim would be to make them
aware about the various products and services available (McKeever, 2016). There would be the
review of the inventory on a continuous basis with the aim to adjust the level of the inventory for
efficient arrangement. We expect a good sales forecast considering the uniqueness of the
products and their pricing. The products will be clothing, accessories and other merchandise

The employees will be inspired to work within their creative space and push their
intellectual boundaries. Duties and responsibilities will be divided according to the capability,
strength and weakness of the individuals. The company would be owned by me and there will be
the contribution in 100 per cent proportion of the capital. As it is a start-up business therew ill be
the risk of failure as there are rival companies that may provide similar kind of options nad
services to the teeming customers. Ownership is understood to be best suited entity for the
business proposal as the entire risk would be borne by me.
Planning
I would need to ensure that there are proper training and counselling services would be
for secure finance and for the preparation of the business plan, therefore relocating the business
and find out ways to expand the business. We would need to select an appropriate location for
commencing the business, as it would have bearing on the success of the business. . the idea
would be to seek customer friendly environment and adhere to laws that are appropriate for the
location (Wentzensen & Wacholder, 2013). Funding would be arranged through the venture
capital, grants available and backed loans. All these need to be followed with the process of
registration of the name of the business. We made sure that the name selected for the business
could be easily remembered and already does not have existence (Finch, 2016). This is to be
followed by the registration of the business label for the local and state taxes. We would need to
obtain identification number for tax, register the company for providing service to the disabled

community and acquire rights for unemployment insurance and workers compensation. We
would need to make contract with the suppliers and vendors to deliver the products and sign
contract with all the parties.
