A1 My energy graph
Excite- I can deliberately use some time consciously choose to learn in action-oriented
learning environments. Besides, while leaning at class, I can adequately absorb leaning
materials delivered using various sensories at once. However, I am poor in learning through
one on one interaction or within small study groups.
Examine- I am effortless often systematic, precise and analytic thinker who prefer knowing
about something or reasons for learning before leaning proceeds. In this regard, I prefer
learning from information that has factual and historical backgrounds that are based on logic.
Besides, I can memorize learning materials even if they seemed not to be worthy.
Execute-I effortless prefer formal and structural learning settings. These include leaning
materials which are brief, direct to the point without irrelevant descriptions that complicate
the issue. Therefore, I work better with materials that are delivered in a concise and bullet
form.
Explore- I can deliberately sometimes choose to engage in the creative and associative
thinking process. This includes seeing how few facts can be figured into a bigger picture. In
this regard, I prefer learning in an independent study that is comfortable and less chaotic.
Strengths and weakness.
Two of my major strengths are linked to examine and execute working styles where I can do
activities without putting too many efforts. In this regard, I am a high achieving learner who
works hard in class to get better knowledge and skills. Besides, I can understanding group
projects, organized and less structured ideas by working through other people and
suppressing the natural tendency to make a change. Secondly, I am a logical and realistic
thinker who only need a few questions to understand various types of concepts and

interpretations. However, my major weaknesses are linked to excite and explore working
styles where I can work deliberately in a few times. In this regard, I am not good in learning
in small groups or one on one interaction since whenever certain phenomenon does not meet
criteria of logical thinking I may be skeptical and later rigidly non-accepting therefore
making me difficult to take actions. Other than that, I may become impatient during learning
lessons where the teacher gives many examples or move from topic to topic with plenty of
mistakes.
A2. Level1- Pretence- In connection to the second law of conversation which dictates a
person always communicate his or her credibility whether he knows it or not, people often
tell me that I usually put my points straight forward that are factual, logic and believable.
This is because whenever I am having a conversation, I usually put ahead of my direct
experience of an issue.I therefore constantly found myself having a conversation with people
who have different values and opinions.
Level 2-Sincerely – Concerning the first law of conversation, whether I am telling a story or
warning people, I hit to the point without taking into concern whether it hurts some people or
not. This usually makes me speak what is in my mind and thus I prefer to be in conversations
that has honesty and trustworthy.
Level 3-Accuracy- In connection to the first and third law of conversation, I prefer speaking
and passing information that is exact and based on logic and facts other than theories and
guesses. As far as communication is based on reasons, I often communicate without being in
accord with audiences value. Therefore, I usually intend to have fewer conversations with
people who understand the topics of the conversations. In addition, all my conversations are
logically arranged without bias and dynamism.

Level 4-Authenticity- In relation to the third law of conversation where all leaning involves
doing, I communicate most of my conversations based on the things I have learned and which
I know they are exact. Therefore, I rely more on learning new things from books and other
experts other than from experiences in order to pass authentic information.
A3 One of my strengths is that I have high levels of organizing at which I may feel energized
in this area even for an extended time. I will use this strength in scheduling out for the
learning activities ahead of time. Other than that I am good in time management of which I
will utilize this strength in developing SMART goals and use daily time tables that will help
me stay on the given tasks. One of my weakness is that I have low levels of inspiration and
thus I will try to discover various ways of staying connected and interacting with other
students during leaning. Besides, I have low levels of understanding and exploring and thus at
any given course, I will always try to take my time reading through course content to
understand better.
A4. This course has helped me understand my strength and weaknesses energy levels about
understanding how I can deal with my classwork. For instance, I have come to know I am
good in time management and organizing and thus I will utilize those traits in planning to
create time for more studies as I am weak in understanding and exploring new ideas. The
course has also influenced my personal life in such a way I have realized what I could do to
improve my communication skills with other people. For instance, I have learned that I do
not like conversations with people who have different values than mine and I am not dynamic
in conversations. If I change such values I can increase the number of friends I have and
interact with more people.
