AI Summary
This document provides a comprehensive RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) matrix developed for the Global Treps Project. It outlines the roles and responsibilities of four resources (Kim, Ashok, Alfreda, and Bobby) across various project activities, including event guidelines, acceptance of new product ideas, customer site events, and information gathering for videos. The matrix aims to facilitate decision-making and efficient task execution. Key assumptions underlying the RACI chart's development are also listed, such as pre-identified skill sets, team member input, and senior management approval during the planning phase. The document also includes MBTI-based assessment results for the team, highlighting a balance between introverts and extroverts.

RACI Matrix
RACI is an acronym for Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed. It is a chart that
is developed as a matrix for the project tasks or activities to make it easier for the project
managers or leaders to execute decision-making activities. It is developed to assign roles and
responsibilities to the project resources (Smith & Erwin, 2018).
The acronyms in RACI are explained in the table below.
R
Responsible
The resource is primarily responsible to execute the task and carries
out the process during the project timeline
A
Accountable
The responsible resource is accountable to this resource for the completion
of the tasks or responsibilities that are assigned
C - Consulted The resource will be consulted for carrying out the task that is assigned but
are not directly involved with the activity
I – Informed The resources that may be affected by the activity assigned and shall be
informed about the task being executed
There are four resources that will be engaged with the execution and completion of the
activities included in the RACI chart. Bobby will be informed about the all the project
activities as specified.

Key Assumptions
There are certain assumptions that have been used for the development of the RACI chart for
the Global Treps Project. The key assumptions have been listed below.
The skills and knowledge required for the assignment of the resources to execute the
tasks and activities has already been identified and analysed in advance.
The finalization of the assignment of the roles and responsibilities will only be done
after having discussion with the team members.
The inputs and willingness of the resources will be considered during the allocation of
specific roles and duties to them.
The RACI chart will be developed during the planning phase of the project and will
be approved by the senior management before communicating the same to the
resources involved.
The communication mechanism used to share and inform the resources will be email
and SharePoint location and it will also be discussed in the team meetings.

From the results, it can be concluded that the team is a mixture of introvert and extravert
which makes it a perfect combination. Decisions will be taken on the basis of different
opinions and suggestions which help in figuring out the best case scenario for the project.
