problem is faced in day-to-day lives, as individuals coming from poor background have to deal

tension, worry and anxiety.
In my opinion, I completely agree with the writer who states that depression factor has appeared
due to the heightened issue that many people face in their workplaces, schools, colleges and even

colour of the skin, creed and cultural differences. Such bullied individuals develop negative
thought patterns like those that they regularly fight with suicidal thoughts and other issues like

down and teach their children to do so.
On the other hand, stated by Banton, (2018), anti racist parents develop awareness within their
culture and uses the principles of equality in the upbringing they provide to their children. They
believe in non-judgmental behaviour and no partiality based on skin colour, genders or
disabilities. I also agree to this kind of aspirations and equal treatment among all the people
living in this planet. The competition factor undertaken in different universities and
organizations must be healthy and not take advantage of people based on their economical
standard. The best strategies to eliminate racism from any organizational and social background
are inculcating education among all, develop a communication bridge so that the interpersonal
relationships get enhanced and thus the society as a whole gets above all kinds of racism.
