The main aim of implementing the learning management system by Ransford is to overcome
the older learning and teaching technique for better understanding of concepts by the students.
For example: using paper to make notes is time-consuming and handwriting also matters the
most and even reducing the use of paper will result in the healthy living forest as trees will be
less harmed which is environment-friendly.
It will allow student for easy checking the result of assessments instantly as the paper
approach requires the understanding of handwriting and is not cost effective.

by tacking presentation sessions by the experts.
3) Teachers should be taught how to teach and student should be taught about how to
understand a thing by making them familiar to the LMS.
4) The student should be allowed to do on their own.
5) Regular sessions have to be taken to clarify the doubts.
6) Assignments to be given to the students to keep a check on their academic status.

Every student will be given a separate dashboard to access their assignments and self-
evaluation test series that has to be attempted in intervals of time and the scores will be stored
in on the cloud storage, therefore, no storage issue will be there. Then the scores will be
converted into a graph showing increment or decrement in the performance of the student and
getting it solved.
Then by comparing data of all the students, the final percentile will be calculated accordingly
for each and every student.
Define how will you adapt to change in your plan: -
Firstly, the students should be prepared for the changes the college is going to implement by
taking presentation on the various topics like benefits of the Learning management system,

how it will affect the learning of the individual student, how can it be helpful in self-
evaluation and issues associated with it.
Then, the program should be started at a beginner level and if the LMS shows positive
response it should be implemented all over the college.
Students should be given opportunities to get themselves in touch with the learning
management system.
Slowly the students will get used to the system and include in their lifestyle.
Evaluate success (quarterly reviews, monthly reports etc):
After using the learning management system for almost a month there are some
improvements observed that are the positive sign for the LMS being beneficial to the college.
The student is now seen to be studying anywhere even in their free time they watch the videos
to learn something and it is also seen that students have a recognizable enhancement in their
grades.
