Introduction
The functions of any organisation depend on the type of software which supports well in the
development and success of an organisation. To give satisfaction to the requirements of the
company, there are various who make development of the software to solve such problems. One
of the companies with the name Virtucon is the software development organisation who is
working with its client with the name Globex Corp which is a farm and agriculture-based
organisation. Globex Corp is having problem-related with the service alignment and billing
services which makes an impact on their operations. By understanding requirements of Globex
Corp, a separate team will be made by Virtucon to ensure that there will be a development of the
software which will be known as ‘Rapid-Bill’ according to the client’s needs.
The primary feature of this software is that it will support well in making provision of the
comfortable and convenient transaction of cash as per the order and needs of the customers who
are visiting Globex for placing the order. In this software, one innovative feature is also there
such as individual instruction and customisation of law which will be provided to the dealer in
relation with the function, quantity and quality of products.

Project Description
In every project, there is a need for specific entitlements and specifications that will support in
fulfilling the needs and requirements of the customers properly. Virtucon developed the plan for
Globex Corp about the payments and finance operated by the Globex organisation. This project
will increase confidentiality, performance level and transparency. With the support of the
developed software, the digital and modern channels of payment will be opened like cash
management and online payments. This project will also support in managing the resources as
well as clients in an appropriate manner. The project also aims to provide effective managerial
and effective services which will help in increasing the organisation's performance. The entire
description of the project can be provided in the form of a table:

accessed by visitors on tablets, mobile and notebooks. Payment can be created with the support
of different sources. Through the implementation of this system, Globex can manage the billing
functions properly. Only the valid customer who wants to purchase grains will be able to access
this system. Apart from this Globex will also be able to track the record regarding revenue which
is generated with the support of customers.

Scope
The main aim of the Globex is to solve the issues regarding the billing services and to align all
the related cash payments in an effective manner which will support customers to make payment
without any problems. This system will be developed for the customers of Riverina Region of
NSW, Australia. A contract has been developed between the Globex and Virtucon so that proper
management of all the billing services can be there in a suitable way. Virtucon will develop the
rapid bill software for the Globex and its customers by understanding its needs and requirements.
In this system there will be a provision of various features and functions which are described as
follows:
 Rapid bill software will be developed by Virtucon which will be very supportive for the
smooth flow of cash transactions between Globex and Virtucon.
 This software will also be able to provide customers with a platform where they can meet
