1.0 Introduction
While this report will explain about the leadership meaning and what make the good
qualities of leader. Along with this also examine leadership styles and skills, current

leadership skills which could keep them for working with some high sources. While
having such things this must be important for being some high managing for those terms
and make the leaders for working in organization.
2.0 What is leadership?
Leadership the ability of an individual or group of individual which can influence and
guide for follower or many other member of an organization. Leadership also play
the important role for which the members can effectively work and managing their
work and sometime difficult, decision, creating and being high clear vision (Bratton,
2020). An effective leader possess the following characteristics- for keeping self
confidence, strong communication, management skills that could be required for
having the high proper openness change and keeping them growth and developed.
In business, leadership also involves them for working with them exhibited strong
leadership in the technology industry which could include them leadership qualities.
Leadership must be important for the organization through which the business can
develop and make the creativeness in time with crisis. While having such things this
could also help the team members for supportive and motivation for which they can
work and manage their work.
3.0 What makes a good leader?
Multiple different, leadership exists although having the definition which could keep
them and make sure for having their coverage in the theory that great leader which
could keep the ability to make some high strategic. This is also known as leadership
is the art of getting someone else for doing something that want for the employee
and make the business for taking some high responsibilities. The good qualities that
could make their communication, vision, empathy, accountability and gratitude.
While having such kind of things this must be important for taking their high measure
terms and try to bringing out many things for which the people can work (Canterino
and et.al., 2020). Along with this also good leaders communication with an employee
that could also make the business for working with many things. While having some
good leaders that could include the better communication, good qualification, better
personality and so on. Which could make the business more effective and try to

ensure more high sources for which the proper communication and team working
with team members.
4.0 Leadership styles
4.1 Autocratic style
Autocratic leadership is also known as authoritarian leadership is being leadership
style characterized by individual control while by keeping overall control towards the
decision and putting more little group members. This could involve absolute,
authoritarian control over a group.
4.2 Democratic style
This is known as participative leadership or shared leadership. This is the type of
leadership style through which member of the group take their participative role in
the decision making process (D’Auria and De Smet, 2020). This type of leadership
style can be apply in organization through which they can take some high decision
towards the business sector.
4.3 Laissez-Faire style
This could create the attitude of trust and reliance of the employee. Basically, they
don't micromanage or getting more involved. They have given some guidance,
responsibility which could be needed and this keep the subordinates and team
members which have the real lead.
5.0 Leadership skills
5.1 Cognitive skills
Cognitive leader skills which could keep about the critical development of leader
performance for problem solving, creative, idea evaluation, wisdom, thinking which
could led them for knowing about how leadership styles that could work for the
organization.
5.2 Interpersonal skills
While this could keep the leaders for knowing about how they can deal and focus on
the purpose of communication, active listening and always keep learning something
that could keep the organization for working with some high strategies (Editors,
2020).

5.3 Business skills
Motivating people towards some of the business goals involve a mix or styles and
strategies including open honest communication and make their self-awareness.
Leader that could come with many area of the business.
5.4 Strategic skills
This means that having ideas or vision about what want to achieving to the
organization (Gallos and Bolman, 2021). This could also create the compelling
vision and make able for the communication effectively which could keep the part of
communication skills vital of leaders.
6.0 My current leadership style and skills
I think about that while working in organization I must be required for working in
organization while by having communication, team working, time management,
listening skills and so on. As having such king of autocratic and democratic
leadership styles which could make their business and keeping the working system
with some high estimation. Along with this also keep the growth and development for
which the work and this could make me for working with some high sources while for
having the proper growth (Petriglieri, 2020). I have also know about how to manage
the work and team members for which the employee can work for which the proper
sources must be required for them. I also want to create some high current skills
through which that could help me for knowing about how usually the complex
situation that could be balanced and make the business for working with goals and
objective.
7.0 Conclusion
From the above report it had been concluded that, leadership styles and skills must
be required for the organization. While this could also led them for working with
some high estimation for which the proper growth and development. While having
such things this could led them for working with some skills and knowledge that
could help for organization in achieving the goals and objective.
