Real Canadian Store
Real Canadian Store is an online shopping store which was established in the year 1977. It
provides all types of products starting from personal care to home care and groceries. Real
Canadian Superstore is famous for its reasonable price. In comparison with other online stores,
they are providing the best rates on the products (Real Canadian Store, 2019).
The mission of the superstore is to be the best online shopping store among the population. The
vision of the Canadian Superstore is to provide the best products and ingredients in the market.
The company works hard to provide the best product with a reasonable price (Real Canadian
Store, 2019).
The changes in the workplace are done to increase the growth and sales in the market. A firm
installs these changes to make a mark in the market. These changes may be interior and exterior.
1. Canadian Superstore should inherit some changes in the workplace. The change is “physical
move”. Canadian Superstore only sells its products in Canada. It should expand the market. This
will help in the growth of the business. Physical move means expanding the business by opening
the branches in different cities and countries. It will be hard initially, but afterwards the things
will be familiar. The market, customers, trends and demands will be familiar to the firm which
will be familiar to the business. This will help in the smooth working of the business. Once the
company knows the demand of the consumers, the products will be delivered. The products will
then win hearts of the customers, resulting in the growth and expansion of the business (Peacock,
2017).

5. Communication is really important for the growth of any business. Communication between
the branches, suppliers and customers should be done on a regular basis. This way a firm would
know what improvements should be implemented and what the customer demand. Also, there
should be a specific reason if a product is not delivered to the customers. If a firm is dealing with
some problems, then it should be conveyed to the people and the branches. This will make the
people updated about the problems the firm is facing. This communication can be done personal
interactions and contracts which will then be forwarded to the people and the branches ahead.
Other way, will be through social media like television. A message will be delivered to many at a
single time (Peacock, 2017).
Scenario B: Office Move
As a Human Resource Business Partner, it is my duty to first select the 40 employees who are
eligible to adjust and adapt themselves in the market. Also, the strategies will be planned to
minimize the turnover rate. Only small amounts will be delivered in the new market. If the
customers like the product, the business will grow. Eventually, this will result in the growth of
the firm. Only then, the products will be delivered on large scale. This will maintain the sales and
the turnover rate.
