much effective way. In case of lease, CRM model is helpful in examining the potential landlords
and opportunities and in case of sale of property, it helps in determining the prospective sellers

Further, agency also uses some other strategy to promote its services both in lease and
sale for property like ongoing media advertising which is the best technique to endorse the
activities. Examples of ongoing media advertising promotional strategies are sponsorships,
