advantage in front of competitors. On the other hand, there could be risk in working environment
because different culture of people brings different views and this can result in confusion and
conflicts among employees. So this could be effectively managed by a manager while having
effective communication with the employees and knowing their needs and demand (Field,
Bosco, and Geiger, 2021). By fulfilling demands of employees can lead to motivate them and
performing their task efficiently as compared with another brand. Cross culture is the most
important aspect every organisation which is moving forward to expand its business at
international scale. Organisation faced different benefits and challenges while having cross
culture environment. Such as some of the benefits of cross culture is having diverse perspective
of creativity and innovation. It makes business more competitive and profitable. Further it
enhances local knowledge which leads to higher quality and target a market. It allows different
talents to retain in the organisation for longer duration. On the other hand, some of the challenges
which is to be faced by organisation while having cross culture environment is that it creates
confusion and sometimes it leads to conflict because every employees having different views and
opinions and that is why they are providing different ideas. There is also a language barrier
which can be faced by managers on the organisation is that there's a different understanding of
professionals. Also there is a requirement of visa, cost of accommodating workplace,
employment laws which can be difficult for the company to organise (Whalen, 2021).
There are certain management responses that are being undertaken by the managers of
pudding company in relation with cross cultural issues such as manager should have to focus on
the different languages and they have to learn the host country language, so that they could
communicate with their employees and customers effectively and this results in enhancing both
of them towards the company if employees are attracted towards a brand, then this result in
enhancing innovation in the company and resulting in increasing their profitability in front of
customer. Further, managers should have to focus on communication skills so that they could
effectively communicate with every employee working in a company at a time of expanding the
business within the current company of Yorkshire pudding. Managers should have effectively
communicated with them and provide them a clear direction and a transparent objective of a
business. This results in motivating employees towards achievement of organisational growth
and objectives. Also managers should focus on reducing discrimination at their workplace so that
more men and women can be able to join their organisation. It helps in promoting local

businesses and their government also support in enhance in their profitability and providing the
target market (Thomas, and Inkson, 2021). In addition, it is being discussed from the above
literature review that cross culture efficiency is one of the most important factor for nowadays

opportunities now a day for business if they are using cross cultural environment at their
workplace such as they get new and different culture of the employees which prevents new and
unique innovations in their business which leads to enhancing their profitability and gaining
competitive advantage with their competitors (Fu, and Charoensukmongkol, 2021).
It can be difficult for a manager to train employees having different cross cultural
because training involves effective communication and understanding of the situation. The real
problem that can be comes while working in cross cultural environment is that employees can’t
be able to adjust and adapt their behaviour within the working environment of business. For that
they need training which could enhance their knowledge and increase their language so that they
could efficiently communicate with their managers and the other employees. This results in
engagement with the employees and developing motivation as well. In relation with the chosen
company employees sometimes feel anxious, frustrated, embarrassed at the workplace for that
managers should have to share their experiences with them and know their reviews and
feedbacks and provide solutions to that problem. On the next hand images of pudding company
should be able to manage their cross cultural issues while making some of the strategies. These
strategies include building relationship with suppliers, client and the colleagues around the world
and knowing their traditions, languages and cultures in order to make a strong relation with
them. There can be some of the challenges in managing a cross culture team such as
communication, expressions, information gaps, work style, influences, motivational factors
(Sonnenschein, 2021). These challenges should be considered in mind as each member of the
team needs right resources in order to perform their task for that they need a proper information
about a business so that they could complete their task effectively. Managers of Yorkshire
pudding company could manage the challenges by getting to know each team members, adopting
flexibility, promoting the open communication and encouraging the team building activities
among team members. They could listen effectively to the employees and create a success
structure in front of employees. Further, they are addressing a conflict immediately if employees
are facing any issue on there is a conflicts between employees. Then managers are working

towards that and providing solutions to that (Jayaweera, Bal, and De Jong, 2021). This helps
them in creating a positive environment while having a cross culture people and resulting in
achieving an organisation goals and objectives.

deal with many of the issues and develop themselves to their productivity and profitability. It is
important to adopt cross cultural environment and attract new candidates toward the brand.
Further, it is seen from above that managers of organisation should have to work according to the
direction of the company and government rules and regulation. Further, they have to develop
strategies of cross cultural which could be resulting in developing their opportunities and growth
in new market. Further, in relation with the chosen organisation, they have to learn different
cultural and languages of that new country in which they have to expand because may resulting
in knowing about their customers taste and employees working in their new environment. Also,
there are some of the management response are undertaken by managers in order to realise the
opportunities available in the market. Such as language, communication effectively, rewarding to
the employees, and motivated them towards working towards cross culture strategies. Some of
