1950, this review of the American society is based on the Alfred Hitchcock’s classic
thriller Rear Window that was released in the year 1954, the film is based on the short book
story Cornell Woolrich “It had to be murder”. The movie is said to the best reflecting
presentation of voyeurism and interconnection between the families living in a society
without interacting in any form of communication. Hitchcock now, he is one of the most
widely celebrated directors of the 20th century was a controversial filmmaker. America is
rich in western culture that is supposed to be developed in modern lifestyle, this movies
represent many shaded that viewers see from the rear window of L.B. (Jeff) Jefferies.

Brief of the movies
The movie began with the introduction of Jeff who lives in Greenwich Village apartment,
have a fracture and sitting near the window. Jeff used to sits in his window and observes his
neighbours to remove his boredom. His girlfriend Lisa and nurse used to come to see him,
Jeff as listened a voice of screaming one night and a voice of glass breaking and assume
something wrong. Next day he observes his neighbour Torvalds is behaving suspicious and
his wife is missing, he complained it to his cope friend, but cope did not found anything
suspicious and leave the matter close. As being in confusion movie move in flow and
represent the activities of identifying the Torvalds as culprit in the end.
