• A proposal is a type of document that consist of details
related to sale and purchase of goods and services.
• It plays a key role in sales process of a business.

Reasons for saving environment
• Environment is the most important resource of life.
• As it provides water, air, oxygen and shelter.
• It helps in saving people from pollution and also
preserving health of people.

Values
• As values plays an important part in the organization.
• As it is a charitable cause project that will provide a
charity to the people in safeguarding the environment.

Our plan
• To aware people regarding the use of plastic bags by
providing them leaflet or doing advertisement on the
Television.
• Advertisement can be done by various techniques that is
being used in the plan.

Reflection
• From this study I have learnt presentation
skills that how to use skills in performing the
work in front of the people.
• As by doing charitable cause project I have
learnt many things like how to donate money
for the institutions for saving environment.

Conclusion
• From the above study it can be concluded that
environment plays an important part of our life.
• Saving environmental resources helps in balancing the
ecological life cycle. As maintaining environment clean
and safe will reduce the chances of being suffered from
Disease.
