Though UK has relatively better stability in economy but uncertain

Introduction: On 15Th May, 2014, Care Act 2014 was passed and became law (Penhale et al.,
2017). According to the act the local councils are given responsibility to take care of the carers
welfare. The service users were responsible for the same before the act came in effect. The act
also makes the users to practice Human Rights Act 1998 whenever they are under the care of the
health and social care service provider (Bates et al., 2015). The users also allowed using their
care fund independently. The users are also allowed to create new appeal system opposing the
council after they prove their eligibility to care fund. Now, the legal guidance will be issued
instead of no secret guidance to protest the vulnerable adults. While the Act has some positive
effect on the system, the service providers on other hand are facing some issues especially on the
financial management due to the application of the act.

service providers vulnerable to legal actions taken by the users for not delivering the promised
