INTRODUCTION
In this developing world, make a better career is very important for every person. A
better career helpful in enhancing individual personality. It can decide growth as well as making
future. It is highly required for every person who want to make their career better so they should

certain advantage and disadvantage(Amato, 2017). It has been seen and find out that having

In this current working scenario, a receptionist profession are operating in a well defined

knowledge which can help them to attain their successful personal objectives. According to my
personal understanding in this particular sector, I find out that a front office profession that is
receptionist can providing me a lot of opportunity that can assess to make my future success. As
I gain experience in this area and enhance my proficiency in all practices of organisation.
because I am very passionate about this and I always consider this as my dream. I had my
studying in business management and through this course I am able to know that what kind of
experience and skills is highly necessary in this field to maintain all organisational activities in a

effective manner. I had identified that various kind of skilful section is needed on this field such
as managerial activities, multi -tasking, make a customer relationship etc. The managerial
activity tend to comprises of the having efficient management of the employees along with other
business operations. Besides this, the skill of the multi tasking tend to supports and lead me to
perform various key activity to effectively and timely achieve the set task. Along with this, the
skill of making customer relationship also tend to supports and lead to attract and cater a larger
number of customer through having improved interaction and communication. I analyse that I
have a potential to make my career in this sector because I want to become Customer Service
Representative in five years from now, so this profile helpful for me to grow with this. There is a
incident that can clicked on my mind that this viewpoint create a high value for me. During my
graduation , my lecturer allot me a task where I have to examine those factors which is highly
required for a receptionist or a customer service representative. It was very difficult for me for
completing this task on time as I have no knowledge about this. At that time I get little nervous
and stress that can I attain this target but I never loose my hope and discussed this task with my
peer group they gave me various ideas on that and suggest me to start conducting a research.
After the survey I analyse that I can bring up my interest day by day on this field. And think that
I have to choose this as my career plan. This interest level is helpful for completed such task
successfully and when I got received feedback with my teacher I really got shocked as I achieved
good grades and response. This was a very proud moment for me that can increase my morale
and confidence. After this positive feedback I decide that I can make my career in this field
which require high skill, knowledge and experience for me.
At the time of my graduation, I get a opportunity to enhance my potential and skills as I took part
in various activities. I found that my collaboration and communication skill is very less and I
worked upon this because it is highly required not only in that area but also in other sector
(Matheny, Whicher and Israni, 2020). As it is very essential for having an effective
communication as it is require to connect with other person. This is a way through which you can
convey a message to other person in a better manner. So, I was highly working upon this I can
generate a improvement in this. In collaboration skill, I identify that I have to work in future with
