through which company can able to search and recruit the efficient and talent workforce which
assist in attainment of desired objective and evolve competitive advantage. Recruitment is a

5.After collecting these various different resume, the manager has screened the all resume and
analyse the efficiency, quality and qualification on the basis of resume (Fee, 2014). After that,
the two most effective and strongest resume has to be selected by the owner which is resume 1
and resume 2.Thee major reason for choosing the resume I of Kenneth Bladwin is that he have
quality of team building and staff training. In addition to this he have experience of the similar
field. Kenneth have quality of effective customer service and staff performance management
which is also required by the said cafe manager in the CoffeVille restaurant. One another reason
is to select the said resume is that Kenneth have degree of bachelor hospitality and business
management which will helpful in understanding the working criteria in the restaurant so he can
