The report discusses the various ways of managing the human resources within the
business organization Myer in Australia. Management of human resources includes the
recruitment and selection of individuals within the business organisations, who are considered as

Management of human resources is essential for improving the performance of employees as
well, and it is only possible when the right and skilled employees are recruited within the
