INTRODUCTION
The present report base on the working and leading the workers in a company and
provide the new developing skills and knowledge needed by the employees (Absar, 2012).
Manager are determine the weakness of the employees to provide the training new skills
needed for working with and leading the others peoples, through the understanding the
important of the recruiting process in the company for select the right people for the right job.
This report based on the United Parcel Services is the biggest parcel service in United
Kingdom. This company provide the package deliver services and it is a provider of supply
chain management solutions. This firm provide the Domestics, international packages its
including the shipment wholly outside of the country. This firm supply and chain and freight
includes the many operations like contracts logistics and other related business units. This
report includes the recruitment and selection process are important for the company.

1.1 Documentation to select and recruit a new member of staff.
It is process of the human resource management system is related with the decision
about the job and the what kind of people select for the job. Company use the selection
process for hiring the new staff member in the company for the right job.
