2010 was followed. The recruitment methods in many of the developing countries especially in

Outsourcing staffing was followed within different organizations of Finland and selection
methods adopted by the organizations were very easy but ensured the selection of competent
employees within the organizations. The concept of employer branding was strongly
demonstrated within the article by the adoption of suitable selection methods and existence of
performance appraisal to establish employee retention.
