resource management. This report shows how the creation of the recruitment and selection portfolio
and completing the practical activity to select and recruit staff for a company within the Arcadia
Group including the new Employment Relations and Human Resources Management processes and
practices in recruitment and selection process. Moreover, this report shows fair assessment of the
interview candidates and the factors that influenced human resource management decision-making
throughout the process (Mondy and Martocchio, 2016).

the candidate for the eligible position. Selection of the candidate is carried out various steps. The
human resource management is also responsible for fair decision-making for the candidate.
