merchandise. The present written document includes discussion about the functions, purpose,
scope of HRM along with significance and role of workforce planning. In addition to this, detail
analysis of different recruitment and selection process are going to be included in the current
project. Furthermore, essential elements of employee legislations and their impact on the
decision making process are mentioned in the present report. At last implementation of HRM
practices are examined in detail which consist of job specification, curriculum vitae, offer letter.
