Dear Adam,
Re: Employment offer with the Soft-glow
Thank you for spending the time and attending the interview. We enjoyed the meeting to discuss
with you role. We now have the opportunity to consider all the applicants regarding the criteria. I
am pleased to offer the employment within the position of the administrative analyst at the Soft-
glow on the rules and regulations that set out within the letter. As the administrative analyst, you
have the described roles.
The salary for the position is $ 50000 per annum which is paid monthly. The position is the full
time work with the 40 hours. The period of the work will start from the Monday to Friday
between the core hours 09:00 am to 06:30 pm. You will be entitled to participate within the
benefit plan of the organization as available to the organization employees timely that are
eligible.
To assess that you are fit within the organization, the first 3 month of the employment will be
constitute as the probationary period. This is time period in which organization can terminate the
employment offer without the reason and advance notification or pay within the lieu of
notification.
Organization has established the many rules and standards to confirm the safe and pleasant
environment of the work within the period of the employment. It is agreed that employees are
bound by rules and regulations that introduced by the organization.
The conditions of the employment apply such as annual leave of the four weeks, sick leaves per
annum for the five days, pro rate for the long service leave after the service of 10 years, and for
the termination, notice of the four week is to be given in writing though termination
employment.
