Selection criteria is a process that employer search and find in
employees. That means it evaluate and analyze all criteria according
to requirement of position of recruitment consultant. In this process
employer interview of skills and knowledge of candidates and than
select for vacant post. Marriott group is a international chain of hotels
that offering luxury room and services to customers. This report will
be cover that types of criteria for selection and recommendation for
adopt criteria by Marriott.

Selection criteria is a process of select most capable and talent candidates that
have experience and qualified. That means it have all criteria that satisfy to all
requirement to vacant post. Decision making is a very best practice of selection
criteria that helps in select right candidate for right post. Because through
decision making panel members of Marriott evaluate all performance and
activities of candidates after interview. They easily analyze because all
information are fresh keep in mind of panel members. So all members give

take decision about selection. So they keep documents like photocopy of
mark sheets and that includes 10th and 12th class mark sheet, bachelor
degree in commerce and master's degree in human resource like MBA and
MHRM. It also keep identity proof and address proof, family background
information and also gather information through person that give
reference for Marriott, CV of person.
All these documents keep by panel members of organization and
they have also rating document that they give rating to candidates at time
of interview so after that they gather for meeting and review, analyze and
monitor all document and also analyze all rating of members of panel. So
these method do very critical analysis of candidates and also knows that
candidate involve or not in criminal activity and police case.
