INTRODUCTION
Every firm conduct recruitment and selection process in order to hire right person at the
right job profile. Recruitment and selection is considered as procedure in which management
identify the requirement of job, estimating requirement of position as well as the profile holder,
advertising about the position and selecting most appropriate individual for job (Abraham and et.
al., 2015). Organisations selected for this report is University of Oxford which is established in
1096 and it is located at England, United Kingdom. The main of conducting this report is to hire
tutor for business management course at respective university. Topics included in this report are

include impact of legal and regulatory on respective activities. Moreover it will also include

Recruitment is considered as procedure of attracting, fleeting, selecting as well as

Djordjevic and Karabasevic, 2015). It is also defined as process that include selection of
individual for unpaid roles. University of Oxford is conducting recruitment activities in order to
hire tutor for business management course. For this they are evaluating plan of recruitment by
using different internal and external sources, from which some are mentioned below:-
Internal sources of recruitment-
It is considered as method in which company consist employees who are already on its
payroll. This will also include former staffs who returned to work for a company. There are
