In this, student need to learn many skills which can help them to use those skill in their
future and the time when there is necessary to use them either for their personal use or in
there professional life. Aim of this report is to understand the theory which is used in the
recruitment and selection process. In context to this, chosen company is “Geneme
departmental store”, which is a middle sized enterprise and having their many stores in
Northallerton city where there selling of many products like toys, housewares, clothing,
toiletries, sporting goods and many more. There are 200 employee in their company and
having the functional structure (Gupta, 2018).
