INTRODUCTION
An effective recruitment process includes the whole cycle of identifying and evaluating the
needs of the business , attracting appropriate talent, sourcing them, interviewing and hiring .Its
as mandatory process for an organisation to hire a workforce which is appropriate as per the
needs of the organisation and it plays important role in maximizing the effectiveness and the
efficiency of the business, Whereas effective selection process includes the whole process of
matching the candidate with the organisational requirements in aspects of the skill and
qualification of the people(Williams.,2019) . The process of effective selection includes the task
assignments or the work sample tests. The aim of this report is to highlight the the effectiveness
of the recruitment and the selection process with the description of the relevant theories in with
the proper analysis.

Effective recruitment is the process which is done by the human resource department and
it includes the management in the organisation. A recruitment which makes impact on the entire
process cycle of the organisation . As all the organisation consists the unique process of
recruitment which enables the organisation to find the qualified and efficient workforce in the
company. In terms of making the cycle effective it needs to be executed in way of dedication and
care. And with this it requires proper and the constant evaluation in the process. Therte are
seven stages in the recruitment process which is proper planning, analysis of the goals, searching
for the right candidate which is suitable for the requirement , screening of the employees, how
they will work in the given environment, selection of an individual and the last is to onboard
them into the office(Yazdani., 2018) . The recruitment process is both internal and the external
and includes many stages from recruitment policies to the training of the employees. There is a
theoretical model in the recruitment process which defines that in order to bring the effectiveness
in the business the process has to gone through step by step so that it impact will be long lasting
in the organisation and it will contribute in the success and the profitability in the business. There
are strategies that are guided by the various theoretical frameworks. And many of them evaluate
to provide support a wide range of human resource process. It asserts that people comprises the

wide range of competencies,personalities and abilities that can be tapped according to the
human capital in the organisation. An individual who consists certain skills, abilities, ideas and
the knowledge will be targeted by the organisation for generating organisational value. Many
professionals are using this model that will focuses on the best approaches to evaluate and
identify, hire and retain the workers who possess the potential to develop organisational
performances. According to the theory of human capital it states that leaders has to interact and
collaborate more to maximize performance(Villwock., 2019). The effective and the efficient
selection process in recruiting which can be explained where the candidates who are worthy are
selected and from them the talented and who matches all the requirement are shortlisted . It is
important to have the efficient selection process without the hassle . In the selecting process the
employee who wants to join are divided in to three segments in the basis of the application
number they received . In the selection process the right and fit candidate for the organisation is
selected . This process is curated by taking the several and numerous initiatives in order to get
the potential d worthy positive results . The organisation has numerous kills and strategies while
selecting and hiring the individual there is a significant process which encompasses the testing ,
interviewing and the reference checking is the main agenda . The utmost objective and goal of
the organisation is to select those candidates which are talented and proficient . The duty is to
have the fair and legal selection of candidates who are given the equal opportunity . It is highly
need that organisation human resources avoid and eradicate any certain of discrimination and
biases which exists neither let the other person to do . The every sort of person should be given
chance irrespective to their gender , race cast and religion . The strategy and the plan of action
should be considered and undertaken by the firms through all the process of recruitment and
selection. The action plan is beneficial for making sure and ensure that human resource and
capital is meetings and aligning with the targeted organisational demands (Meilak, 2019) . The
proper plan while will make sure that the bunch if talented and skilled employees are expanded
while on the contrary the selection strategy ensures that the organisational goals and aims are
significantly achieved without any hustle and barrier. There are the numerous theories which are
prevailed which tells about how the high skilled workers are in bordered . The one of the theory
human capital theory which briefs us about the significant abilities and capabilities the individual
posses which should be rightly tapped for increasing the human capital in any organisation .

positive results . There is the resource based view model which majorly focuses on the
sustainability competitive in the business enterprises . According to this theory it is said that the
company which take the one step further in order to improve their human resources assets as it
will be beneficial as they will easily handle high and major task in the organisation which will
occur as well as the existed competitors would find it hard and tremendous difficulty in
managing the obstacles if they did not invested much . Further listening to this model it also says
that the organisation should take the step as it will improve and enhance the workplace and the
work force as it will also assist them in retaining the individuality who requires the
competencies(Ortagus., 2019) . As all these skills will adds a lot of potential in the organisation
whereas the competitive edge in the market will itself become the driving force in the firm . The
theories and models will provides the insights about the recruitment selection process which can
be performed with utmost effectiveness and efficient . While the nature of the selection and
recruitment tells many things about the organisation and their performance in the market as the
skilled candidates makes the company work and assist in accomplishing the targeted and set
goals which will make the path easier and the brand value of a company also increase in the
market . It is all about having the high effective team who share the same objective an hunger to
grow and all these are highly depended on the human resource for selecting the skilled workers
in the organisation . The one of the prominent researcher adewale and anthonia has the strong
believe that the recruitment and selection cannot be completed without having the retention . As
they also think after the structural selection the organisation should have the considerable
approaches in order to meet the significant changes which will occur as this will create the
formation of optimistic leader and the effective social exchanges . the selection and hiring are the
most powerful and important part for the human resource's management department as the
skilled employability is highly depended on them and they should be aware and have the full
equipped knowledge about the industry trends and diversity as well a the need and wants of the
customer(Gliszczyńska.,2018) . The effective process will boost the organisation perforce and
the growth would immense and the drive to work in a friendly environment will also impact the
organisation performance in the market .

From the above report it can be clearly summarised that the effective and
efficient approach towards the recruitment and selection will assist the organisation to achieve
their higher set of goals . The skilled labour or the employees will became the driving force of
the organisation in order to reach height and have the competitive advantage in the market. There
