technological growth, the software services has grown due to the increase in demand and supply
of the related services. The total employment all over the world is increasing and people are
becoming smart around the career aspect of life. The long term changes in career and
employment is driven by the productivity and growth of that sector. Business services are
creating all the jobs around the world. The number of jobs in manufacturing is reducing as
robotics industry is gaining speed. The rapid change and disruptive innovation in the job market
is drivers of employment trends. Automation is another industry that is gaining the attention of
all the industry and employee skills are accrediting and advising eco level products(Nelson,
2012). There text is to analyse the recruitment of organisation, which will increase the career
trends of the complete international market. The most important career that is going to catch the
attention of every industry is predicted to be the Economic modelling Specialists Intel (EMSI).

backfiring the industries for a long time. Therefore, knowing the target market and studying the
economy of a target region is important, which have been finally realized by the authority. Thus,

are of interests to me and can be fruitful to take decisions in the matter.
From “My Future” website and taking activities in the matter of my interest I got to know

According to my chosen career in the economic research and analysis there are many
field I can look for in the area. Brief description according to my Economist field the job

research related to distribution of goods and services. The study of People’s spending and
financial behaviour of people in the respected field. The study will be useful for government
organisations and help build the economic policy. Every small and big firm has been known to

compelled to do so by knowing about AVI.

economic and social change that will change people’s live. Its main area of work is connecting
people, and brings change, by sharing their skills and knowledge and experience through
international pathways and networks (Sparrow, 2016). It designs locally driven initiatives by
people that brings sustainable results in Australia and international peers of the

organisation("AVI", 2017). They are the believer in the change and help all local organisations in
reaching their individual goal while giving the help in terms of resources. I would like to be
recruited in AVI as a recruitment coordinator. This job can be conducted in a part time basis and
will require lesser resources (Costen, 2012). The flexible work hours and volunteer service will
ensure that I can contribute to the work with lesser hackles.
A recruiting coordinator is knowledge based human resource executive in an
organisation. It gives innovative ideas to an organisations human resource process and practises.
One must have strong communication skills and confidents in recruiting. He or she must want to
work with people coordinating skill and thinks outside of the box.
The activities in this job description will include growing networks and design and
implement recruitment strategy favourable for the organisation. Consult and discover staff
requirement and specific job activities. Source candidates database through effective job portals
and searching in social media. Primarily screen candidates and use tools like Skype interviews.
Stay up-to-date with the recruiting legislation. Conduct job fairs to attract candidates that are
more efficient. This will require certain skills that I have and can develop quickly by learning
experience (Denhardt, Denhardt & Aristigueta, 2012).
The most attractive part of this job was to talking and meeting with people. I have been
often said to be people’s person. Meeting new people and knowing them have always been my
passion. Therefore, this job of this particular organisation will be a great platform to grow my
passion and earn at the same time. The other part of the task of the job attracted me was
recruiting through social media. I have all the required platform of conducting the search of
required candidate through social media. This will also help me in the required work. In addition,

the organisations value has attracted me too. AVI value change and sustainable development
through change and networking. The idea of sharing knowledge and skills have also attracted me
and volunteering in the area of my interest and passion will ensure the stability in my life

Working in this area will require certain skills, like enhancing my communication skills.
How to approach and discuss recruitment matter with people and how to build the candidate
resources (Berman et al., 2012)? Another skill will require is building and keeping database of
candidates. Team building skills are also required for this job. Creative thinking which is
relevant to the recruiting process is also required for this particular job. The most required skill
will also be in the area of screening and evaluating the sourced resumes. This will require the
knowledge of all kinds of jobs and what are the skills they require (Brewster & Hegewisch,
2017).
Though the amount is less AVI pays its recruiter. It will be a volunteer work for me but
in this area, there is also chance of being paid handsomely too. A professional and experienced
recruitment coordinator in the job market has potential to be paid like all other profitability-
oriented organisation (Daley, 2012). A full –time recruitment coordinator has much
responsibility to fulfil including the above-mentioned specifications. This fulltime job will
require the following requirements.

Skills from this volunteer job will lead me to other jobs in other organisation. This will also help
me in searching the jobs relevant to my skills. Approaching organisations, which works in the

be useful in jobs like HR representative, HR executive, HR generalists, Administrative assistant,
Applications Specialists, Assistant Director – Employment, Assistant HR manager and others
