within this competitive market. This also plays a vital and significant role within the economy as

has increased who would scan the competitive market and enable the business in their
digital marketing and advertising so that firm can be at better position. In regard to it, this
will the best career trends for the employees within ext five year.
3. Plumbers, pipe fitters and steam fitters: With the rise in population there is automatic
rise in the infrastructures and building which will indirectly lead to an emerging need of
the plumbers, pipe fitters and steam fitters. So this factor is anticipated to be increased

also be reduced as the young generation are more conscious about their health and keep feeding
their body with healthy and nutrients food due to which the issue of chronic diseases will reduce
and the scope of the nurses will also be decreased.

From the given job outlook the field of my interest is Actors, dancers and entertainers.
This field will be the best as this is my area of interest and here I can give my hundred percent
efforts so that I can achieve the level of success I crave for.

Choosing career in field of acting, dancing and entertaining, I can perform several
activities and become a multitalented person. In this new era one has to be qualified enough in
such fields to give a proper performance and be distinctive among other individuals. The correct
career profile for me in this field is Acting, dancing and entertainer so that I can perform and can
entertain audience. It is the perfect blend of dancing & entertaining audience. This field for me is
a perfect blend to become as successful as I can(Østerlund, 2013).
b)
Under this career which I have choose there are several number of task which can be
performed. The task which I will be choosing to perform is of being a Dancer and
Choreographer. In this area of my choice I can become a professional dancer or a trainer who
would trained other about how to dance and what the different different forms of dance.
c)
In order to become a successful dancer within the industry on a prior notice I have to
focus on taking a education about how to dance, what are the different forms of dance, how one
can choreograph dancing etc. So that before training other I can learn all about dancing and
choreographing.
d)
The weekly pay in this field is $1,366 which is sufficient for the person who is not
experienced within this. The person who are much experienced within this can easily earn higher
amount as money as highly experienced individual have the knowledge of how to deal with the
client what will be the basic step in order to train the person. Through the implementation of all
required skills and practices I can easily achieve the level of growth and success as here the
chances to grow in the industry are very strong.

The skills of Dancing and choreographing will also come up with several opportunity in
front of me as through the fostering of this skills I can easily become an entertainer or actors as

to be a successful actor one must have the skills of dancing and entertaining so that audience can
be entertained in a better way. Through this I can also secure my career by being a personal
choreographer of a reputed actor or actress within the film industry(Cornelis And et. al., 2013).

This industry has a wider scope and its serves the society with so many advantages such
as due to the establishment of their industry a person foster such talent of dancing, acting,
comedian, stand comedy can be easily shown up to the society, this also wider the employment
opportunity for the individual in the society and bring the concepts of westernisation and
modernisation within the society. Through these talents they can easily start earning by opening
their own classes etc. For instance- in order to support this with an evidence , suppose a
individual within the society is very weak in his study and is a good at theatre than he can easily
start doing theatre by doing short short role in the local television or by showcasing it in open
artist programmes and can earn easily the amount so that his or her basic needs can be satisfied
and can survive easily.

This industry helps the economy by generating much amount of revenues. These
revenues are directly attached with the development of the economy as this will lead the
economy with several employment opportunity and increased level of growth and improvement.
This will also bring the concept of westernisation in front of the economy where the diverse
culture of different different countries can be seen and a knowledge can be gained. This will
clear the differences of culture languages through which the individual within the economy can
easily explore and travel across the world without facing any difficultly as this acting
entertaining of the film industry are mostly based on the different different culture and mind set
of the individuals(Staton, 2016).

starving from the poverty(Schlee and Karns, 2017). The main motto of this volunteer
organisation is not to earn profit but is to serve the poor people with the basic necessity. I expect
myself to be the part of this organisation so that I can also work for the social cause like serving
people suffering from poverty, distresses etc. I also wish to ignite people with positive change
and mind set.
B)
Within this organisation of serving without any cause or without any motto of earning
profit the task I will most likely undertake is to create a pathway for the families in order to
backlash from crisis and compass their potential in society and the economy.
C)
Being an emotional human I always had a desire to serve people without any cause so the
factor which have attracted me to work volunteer in that I always wanted to work for the society
and its development because a society presents the area where are we from. So doing work for
the social cause, development of the people and community have drove me to work volunteer
with the organisation(Ahmed and Rafiq, 2013).

In order to develop my skills and knowledge to work volunteer in this business the
preparation and instruction that is required within me is all about how to have patience in dealing
with people , the concept to work with the bundle of member in a team manner and
communication skills as all these factors will help me in working volunteer with the Changing
lives project in a successful manner. In addition to this the training which is to be given to me is
5regarding how to be socialise so that I can easily communicate with the people within and
outside the organisation without getting hesitated.

Most of the volunteer firm works depending upon the earning which they gets from the
third party but the Changing lives projects does not get any funds from the third party and here
people generally come with a purpose to serve people on their volunteer basis without getting
any hope of getting paid for their volunteer work. But if in case a person has applied at any of the
post in the volunteer organisation in order to operate with them there are higher chances for them
to get paid for the work which they are rendering to the non profit organisation. These

organisations generally works for the benefits of society and its welfare so there is no
prospective to have some compensable place in this area(Szwagrzyk and et. al., 2015).

The skills from the volunteering job can also lead to other paid jobs as through this a
person can easily learn how to handle the pressure, distress level and communication skills
which is normally now a days required by each and every organisation so that their work can be
easily perform in the most effective manner. So the person can get paid for his work if they apply
to any other organisation fostering these skills within themselves. Volunteering job are mostly
perform for person own will to work without getting paid as here they serve being at emotional
stage but in other organisation get always apply with the hope to be paid with sufficient amount
so that their survival become easier.

social platform which is why so many online job providing websites has been developed.

Scheme for gaining employment in
The company that I would target to gain employment is Indeed and Glassdoor. Both of
them are online job search engines which offers job worldwide(Koong And et. al., 2002).
The various factors that are considered while selecting the company are their global
presence, types of companies in which they provide employment. The research will I will
do will be regarding the nature of the companies, the locations, pay scale offered and
most importantly the job description.
Three ways to get employment :
1. I will upload my resume and the necessary document on companies website.
2. I will seek referrals from the known employees if working in the same organisation.
3. I will apply through any employment agencies.
For me indeed is the best option as compression can be easily made between salaries
and on the basis of reviews so provided by the employers and employees(Sinha and
Thaly, 2013).
