In this fast-paced world, the population is increasing rapidly and this also gives rise to an
increase in the number of wastes produced by them. People often lack proper places and facilities
of disposing of the wastes properly. Indiscriminate disposing of the wastes gives rise to bacteria
and large-scale pollution. It is for this reason that a very innovative business idea would be to
develop recycle bins that will break down each waste particle into degradable substances and
convert them into natural manure.

Introduction
Dumping of wastes is becoming one of the major problems in the modern day scenario.
People in every household are having a major problem in dumping their household wastes
properly. So, they often dispose of the wastes in the raw form. This, in turn, causes large-scale
pollution. So, there has to be some unique business technology that will be providing new
machinery called the recycle bin. This will not only help in reducing the waste but will also help
in converting the waste into fertilizer (Pearce, 2014).
Effective explanation of the customer/market problem that needs solving and/or the reason
the innovation is required.
The problems that exist in the market in the modern day scenario are the lack of proper
garbage dumping system. It is one of the major problems that also exist in the market. Each day
there are a huge amount of wastes that are accumulated (Brunner & Rechberger, 2015). The
houses often lack proper methods dumping the wastes. So, many people have the habit of
dumping the wastes without proper treatment. This results in large-scale pollution. Though some
amount of the wastes is treated still a large amount is left. This causes a huge amount of
pollution as well. It is for this reason that a recycle bin that can also produce fertilizers might be
used (Binnemans et al., 2015).
Persuasive argument of the benefits to be generated by the idea
There will be many benefits of using this method. This will be a path-breaking invention
in the field of business and it will help in breaking down the wade into simple soluble particles

so that it does not create any harmful pollution. It will have a very easy and handy mechanism so
that it can be used by all the people at large. It will also be used on a daily basis. So, the user has
to be assured of the fact that he or she will have to face no difficulty in decomposing the waste
(Cucchiella, D’Adamo & Gastaldi, 2014). This method will also help in producing natural
fertilizers that will be good boosting up the fertility of the soil which in turn will be very good
for the growth of plants. Apart from this, there will also be the reduction of food waste. The
recycle bins will be working with the goal of transforming every bit of the kitchen waste into a
proper and healthy kind of manure. There can be a device called the food recycler. This is also an
advanced kind of a recycle bin that will help in producing recyclable waste out of the food that is

and deal with their wastes in the best way possible and they can also contribute towards the

generated from the number of companies and the houses that will be using this device.

The success factors that they have to be sure about are that they can use their device in
the proper way. They cannot really compromise with the quality of the machinery that they are
using or the kinds of chemicals that they are actually implementing.

The evaluation of the feasibility of this idea will be done by seeing the number of
companies that are trying to opt for their services and the kind of reputation that they are
enjoying in the local and the global market. As this is a very new company and will come up as a
start-up business, they will have to maintain the quality and the high standard of their services
and maintain the feasibility of their product in the market. They can also check the feedbacks or
the reviews that are being given by their client companies. They can also use the method of some
survey or some forms that they will be circulated among their clients and they will be asked to
fill up the same. It is through these forms that the recycle bin business will be able to understand
the kind of performance that they are generating (Chiew et al., 2015).
