Business sector is wider and broader which consist of different types of organisations
large medium and small (Chen, 2021). It is essential for every organisation to be active in
market so that it is convenient to carry out the goals and objectives in proper manner. Main
aim of this report is too critical examine business analysis by SWOT and operational
analysis. This report consists of SWOT and operational impact analysis.

SWOT Analysis
This analysis is to be defined as a tool used by organisations to determine the inner
capabilities. It is important for every enterprise to be well aware about they are strong and
weak areas so that improvement is done accordingly. Red Bull company which is an energy
drink sold by Red Bull and an Australian company created in 1987 and is headquartered in
Australia.
Strength
Main centre of this company is that it
has strong market dominance as
because it is sold 7.5 billion cans in
2019.Moreover organisation has
captured the largest global market
share across the globe (Diao, 2021).
Strength of Red Bull is that marketing
strategy of enterprises intensive and
also it exploit social media as well
as sports. This is also seen that Red
Bull racing is to be considered as
the third best formula 1 team and
sponsors of various athletes across
different sports nation (Jeleński,
2020.
Weakness
Red Bull men with message that they
have a lack of variety of products
which is offer to consumers as
because there are many other
products which can be offered and
distributed by Red Bull like fruits,
beverages snacks ,sweets and many
more.
Moreover the product of Red Bull are
very expensive and are being
positioned as the premium products
which are not affordable by lower or
middle class people which also shows
that enterprise has a risk of losing
their customers in market and larger
quantity.

Red Bull has the number of
opportunities like bake and focus on
emerging market like us and Europe
are being used as a most important
market for Red Bull but there are also
many other markets like Asia Africa
which can provide large number of
middle class people who like to
purchase a product of Red Bull
energy drink
Due to this on-going finding situation
of covid-19 Red Bull has the
opportunity to introduce healthy and
conditions products to the customer
so that consumers can easily purchase
and drinks the energy drinks easily
(Kucs, 2020).
Threat
The biggest theatre to Red Bull is that
there are many countries where it is
difficult for Red Bull to distribute
their products because of tough rules
and regulations and also measures to
prevent from lifestyle diseases. Due
to this threat, it is not easy for Red
Bull to expand your business in
proper manner.
Furthermore, threat this companies
that due to the large number of
growing health conscious people Red
Bull has to use natural ingredients in
order to produce energy drinks which
is quite difficult for them and which
can also leads to decrease in their
profits (Learning, 2020).
From above explained analysis it has been examined that it is critically necessary for
enterprise to determine their strength and weakness so that it will help them to execute their
business operations in correct way.
Operational impact analysis
Each and every organisation operating functions their activities with different
functional areas which are important for their accomplishing of goals and objectives. It is
critically crucial to focus on these operations impact so that improvements can be carried out
according. So, selected firm chosen functional areas are discussed as below-
Marketing department– Business environment has deep impact on marketing department
as because as the Red Bull uses intensive marketing strategy in their business they
prefer to assign task to employees who are well aware about the market and flexible
situations so that it is easier for them to target the audience. Marketing functions
comprises of different types of activities such as increasing the sales and profit of
business, implementation of strategies, completion of given task on deadline etc.

Moreover marketing department is also affected by HR department because the
growth and success of marketing department defence form selected candidates
which are being recruited by HR for a particular vacant post (Pérez-López, 2019).
Human resource management department- Human resource management
department is affected by business environment because they are required to be higher
and select the deserving candidates for the vacant post for which they has to use wide
range of information and also sometimes carry out the information and data mining.
Marketing department also impact upon HR department because HR department
making sure that employees are being treated in proper manner and appropriate roles
as well as responsibilities are being provided to them by the marketing department for
which the candidate has been selected. HR department of Red Bull comprises of
different responsibilities like hiring and selection of candidates for the vacant post,
induction and training development program etc. (Petrauskas, 2018).
Therefore from above discussed paragraph it hasn't specified that both these
department impact upon each other at wide scale and it is critical essential to focus on their
operational impact so that decisions are undertaken accordingly.
